Sitting pretty in a wild flower meadow surrounded by open fields, this barn conversion is countryside simplicity at its best: updated appliances and rustic furniture arranged for open-plan living to relax unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The barn is located in the meadow behind our thatched cottage. The space is entirely your own and is self catered with a well equipped open plan kitchen. We're on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your stay, though you'll have your own privacy and can interact as much or as little as you'd like. Enjoy pastoral tranquility here whilst being within an easy 10-minute reach of the medieval charm of Lavenham. Public footpaths are close by or venture further afield to admire the beautiful Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds. Once you arrive in the barn, there is a small collection of books about the surrounding area and county. We can of course recommend places to visit.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

It gave us the opportunity to make them exactly how we wanted them. Pea Pod is finished to a high standard and finished off with colourful soft furnishings and luxury bed linen to give each guest a fabulous night's sleep. This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

We have recently completely renovated our Lodge in the grounds of our 8 Acre Hazel wood. You are free to wander around and hopefully you will spot some wildlife, you are in the heart of the country side with many lovely walks in the area. You will have your own private garden at the front of the lodge where you can enjoy BBQ (provided) a local public house which is serving take away food. The Lodge is cleaned to an extremley high standard and you have total privacy.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.
