House holiday rentals in Brakpan

The property was simply amazing. The rooms were big each with lovely ensuite bathrooms. It has a well appointed kitchen and a large dining room table that would sit 10 people very comfortably. An added bonus is the dining room table converts to a pool table. The area is extremely quiet away from the hussle and bustle of Johannesburg and superbly situated to get to the various golf courses we were playing as well as some great restaurants. It has all the facilities for entertaining outside including a swimming pool which would be amazing in the summer months, as well as a large garden. The house is kept spotless by housekeeping who came in every day (except Sunday) to clean and make up the rooms. Finally, I cannot say enough about our host Charmaine. Very friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you Charmaine, you were brilliant and we all thank you for letting us feel so at home!

This was our second stay at Maddy's place. Beautiful home, large bedrooms enough to accommodate my large family. Very clean. Great communication throughout and they accommodated our awkward check out time due to our flights out. Highly recommend!

The house is very nice and spacious. The master bedroom is a comfortable size, but the other two bedrooms are a bit too small. The kitchen is relatively large, but has many empty cupboards. The kitchen equipment is rather spartan. Dishes, cutlery, and glasses, for example, are precisely counted for six people; some items were even only provided five times. This was a bit annoying, as we often had to wash up. Even the dishware in the rest camps in the Kruger Park is more generously supplied. Nevertheless, we really liked the house and enjoyed our stay. Hope was happy to answer any questions we had and he was very helpful. Thank you again! We highly recommend this accommodation.

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

The only downside to our trip was not being able to extend our stay - a very beautiful home with lots of personality in a safe neighbourhood. We especially enjoyed the garden and it served as a great backdrop for photos. The rooms were large and each had its own special touch. Mini was very kind and Ezna, our caretaker was readily available to help with the tiny snags we had here and there, not to mention the housekeeping tasks she's available to assist with - please feel free to tip her.

EXCELLENT property in an ideal neighborhood. I felt right at home upon entry, This i s a very peaceful community where you can relax and rest extremely well. RAOUL, the host was very professional and accommodating, I will recommend this properly to my family and friends who plan to travel to South Africa.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home in Kyalami. The place felt like a private lodge, with quirky decor that added so much charm and character. We especially loved spotting the deer and tortoises roaming around—it gave the whole experience a peaceful, nature-filled vibe. The garden, pool, and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning African sunsets. The 4-bedroom house was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. Gary, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tranquil, one-of-a-kind getaway close to nature.

Great stay, friendly host. Lots to do inside and nearby

Our reservation for the size of our group stay was super! The rooms were huge, private and super neat and clean. The ample bathrooms in the house eases the load and no waiting for others to finish. The entertainment and dining areas were so well planned which makes this house an ideal place for a huge family reunion, group or corporate outing or even a workshop for a small executive group. The kitchen is huge and had lovely amenities. Even the cottage was clean and neat, as our big group of 15 utilized all the facilities. We had a power failure in the house but was quickly attended to and there were daylight alternatives. Housekeeping is right up there.

I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

Lady D was very responsive, patient with me and helpful. The place and Matshidiso who assisted in checking was welcoming and made us feel at home. I would definitely book the place again whenever I am around Kempton park.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Shaun and Hana were amazing hosts, very accommodating and helpful. The house itself is beautifully laid out and has all the amenities you need. This is definitely our new home away from home and we will be back soon.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Sandton. It was exactly what I needed for my business trip. Comfortable, well-equipped, and in a superb location. The apartment came with everything: quality utensils, cookware, fresh filtered water, clean towels, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What truly made the stay stand out was Rebecca and her team. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring comfort throughout. Their hospitality made a real difference in all honesty. The location is a short and convenient walk to Sandton city mall, which has everything you’d need including a Woolworths for groceries. While the area has some typical city energy during the day, it didn’t affect my experience at all, as I was mostly using the apartment in the evenings and mornings. For anyone traveling to Sandton for business or a short-term stay, I can absolutely recommend this place.

Outstanding house. Great location, very quiet, and great amenities. Loved the fast wifi, smart TV, and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, with great bedding. It was easy to get in and out of the house as we had lots of business to attend to -- would love to stay again.

We had an absolute dream stay at Vee's beautiful home. The hot tub was a definite highlight - made our stay even more special. Vee was a pleasure to work with - super responsive, and accommodating. Her hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a lovely place to relax.

A lovely, large and well equipped house with garden and pool within walking distance of Parkhurst restaurants and shops. A great place to stay if visiting Joburg - felt very comfortable. Hannah was very professional and friendly and we felt very at home.

A truly wonderful place to spend a few days (or longer) in the heart of Sandton. I will certainly be back.

Exactly as pictured and more!! What a treat, tucked away and surrounded by beautiful greenery all around the property. It is decorated with stunning pieces but still feels like home away from home. My visit was short but I will be back. Tash and the housekeeper Shayla were so sweet and helpful through the entirely of our stay.

Our stay at Yana’s beautiful 3-bedroom Airbnb was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. She even kindly had fresh flowers for our stay put in. The living areas were spacious and perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. Yana has thought of everything — from a fully stocked kitchen to small, thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, cozy blankets, and local recommendations. The WiFi was strong, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The location was fantastic as well — quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to parks and shopping. Rosebank is only 4 mins away by car. Above all, Yana was an outstanding host — responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring about our experience.
