We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

We had a wedding close by and this AirBnb was a perfect find! Great value for money and perfect spot for a weekend getaway. This was our first trip with our puppy and Hannah made it all the more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay here celebrating my partners birthday, the house is absolutely stunning (one of the few places that are actually better than what the pictures show) and the location is so peaceful. Russell was very communicative and was happy to answer any questions we had. Really recommend!

A pleasant Victorian house overlooking a pretty park. Well equipped kitchen and good modern shower room. Great location for walking to town centre and a good base for visiting my family in the area.

We love the house, beautiful back yard with BBQ facilities connected with a spacious kitchen / dinner area. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Peftect local, very close driving distance to chlemsford City center where you can find all kind of supermarkets, Restaurant and shopping Malls.

What a beautiful place to stay. The cottage is immaculate and the surroundings amazing - we loved watching pheasants and hares in the field outside the sitting room and bedroom windows. As we have dogs it was super to have a safe enclosed garden and then to be able to open the gate straight onto the footpath - we enjoyed several local walks from the doorstep. We were staying to host a birthday lunch for my mother and sister, and it was such a bonus to have a well equipped kitchen and excellent dining/social space. Plus the bed was very comfy and showers were hot! A great place to stay - we hope to stay again when we next visit family nearby

What a great stay in Saffron Walden at Sarah's cottage! As Mary Poppins might have said: 'Practically perfect in every way.' Superb accommodation, really well appointed and perfectly placed to explore Saffron Walden, and just a twenty minute walk to Saffron Hall for the gig we came to see. Would heartily recommend and will stay again next time we're back in the area.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we booked until after we left. Beautiful little touches like delicious fresh eggs from their chickens, milk, butter, jam, biscuits and a range of hot drinks etc. It felt spacious, the interior (and exterior) was beautiful and comfortable, the log burning stove was lit for our arrival ( Sharon messaged to ask if this is what we wanted) and all instructions before we arrived and in the house were clear and most helpful. We felt we had our own space, yet there was always friendly helpful advice on hand. We couldn’t have wished for more. Thank you Sharon.

Amazing short stay at Verna’s place whilst away on business. Will definitely stay again in the near future. The room was really restful, great amenities, and off street parking was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage with everything you could need. We went with two kids and it was so nice not to have to pack the whole house/fridge for just one night. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, fresh milk and bread, jam and butter! Everything was so easy and the landscaped garden is beautiful. On top of this we left behind an electric toothbrush which was posted back to us the day after we left :-)

A great venue - hosted a large group with ease, Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home, Greeted on arrival and given a quick tour so no concerns how anything worked and very comfortable. I would stay here again :)
