Holiday rentals with a sauna in Bragança Paulista

All according to what we expected. Only the organization of the ordinance that left to be desired (not discrediting the stay).

The apartment is super well equipped, clean and very well decorated, exactly as in the photos. The location is also excellent, very close to Shopping Maia and with easy access to various services. The building has a great structure, with 24-hour concierge and services that make the stay even more comfortable. Fernanda is a wonderful host — very attentive, proactive and always available to help with whatever is needed. The only downside is the noise coming from the busy avenue nearby. Even though it is on a high floor, the tower in which the apartment is located ends up picking up a lot of external sound. Still, the experience as a whole was very positive!

I had an excellent two-day stay in the apartment. The place was impeccably clean, with everything very well taken care of. The shower water was always hot, which made all the difference in this cold after a day of work. The kitchen is well equipped, with great utensils that made my stay a lot easier. Another positive point was the silence in the building, ideal for those who need to rest or work with concentration. The trip was for work, and I certainly consider the possibility of returning soon. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful at all times. I recommend it!

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

I spent a weekend with my parents, who are old and everything was very quiet. Good accommodation, with closets, minibar, hot bath. Everything is working and clean!

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant bedding, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

The house is really amazing. The design privileges natural light, spaces and contact with nature. With cozy and intimate rustic architecture, the house favors guests' interaction, whether on a pizzas night, wine around the fireplace, chat in the living room or barbecue. My friends and I enjoy the stay and the beautiful property. Victor is an excellent host and makes no effort to ensure a perfect stay. The local staff is very helpful. We are sure to be back soon.

Marília's house is excellent. Very well located, a few meters from the main avenue. Wonderful leisure area, we pay for the pool's gas heating and enjoy the space a lot. I recommend and would come back. Very fast communication. I only have compliments.

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and face tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is amazing and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also amazing!! On the last night alone, we got a heavy rain and had some small leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

Host Débora was great, from the instructions to the end of the stay, very polite and friendly, the chalet is pure coziness, exactly like being in the photos, practical, clean, airy... the outside area was what won me the most, I was passionate about spending my mornings in that tranquility and in contact with nature. The cottage is located in a very quiet and wooded condominium, has a gorgeous orchard with fresh fruit (enjoy kkkkk). Recommend D++

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as having all the amenities to enjoy all of this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the caretaker Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful.
