This is more than a place to stay - it's an experience. It's like being "home", you're in a lovingly maintained cottage built in the 1940s, everything you need, plus full wifi, secluded, lovely...and the original architectural details have been kept - something to enjoy because it's rare indeed.

I love Bryant's place and stay here every time I'm in Tallahassee. The EV charger, 2 private bedrooms with nice mattresses and black out curtains, and even a washer dryer for a great price.

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's place. The location is great with its beautifully shaded streets for long, early walks with our dog. We loved the house, inside and outside (fenced backyard). All clean and well-kept.

I don't even know where to begin .... John's place was so just fantastic! We were in town for a FSU graduation and were so happy we did not stay in the city. Our favorite part was having coffee while sitting in the adirondacks on the pier in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Just super peaceful. We saw an Otter swim right by and listened to the manatees make their huffing noises. The amount of birds we saw and heard was really cool also. We also saw a manatee from a little bit of a distance while sitting there, but we saw a number of them up close while out kayaking which was a first for us and totally amazing! On a couple of the nights we had 5 people there and there was enough comfortable sitting space in the living room for movie night, which is important to us. We made memories cooking family meals in the well-stocked kitchen and then walking down to eat around the comfortable table in the screened in room followed by games. I would return in a heartbeat!!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday/long weekend with our daughter at FSU. It was a very convenient location to visit our daughter's apartment as well as grocery and other stores. The home had everything we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The bonus was being able to bring our dog and for our daughter to be able to visit her furry friend. The fenced in backyard was a great place for our dog to run around and play. We also enjoyed smores while sitting around the fire pit. It was a very comfortable place for our entire family to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and the pool was fantastic. Our son played in the pool for eight hours one day. Easy walk to a lot of restaurants.

A great stay! Located in a great spot, wonderful for families! My kids had the best time in the backyard. Would 100% reccomended to anyone traveling through Tallahassee

The place was great and close to FSU and FAMU, which made our commute so much easier. The neighborhood was quiet.

Michele and Ed were awesome hosts . Super nice people!! They were very responsive to any request or concern we had. They opened their arms to us and our fur baby during a very difficult situation we were in (displaced by a house fire at our house) and made our stay the best experience in a tough time. Communication was great, cottage was very clean and comfortable, and I would recommend this location to anyone!! Most enjoyable stay!!!! Havana is a quaint, quiet, friendly little town.

We so enjoyed our stay! A group of us came for a fishing tournament and the down time with the pool was just what we needed!! Close to grab supplies or dinner along with a peaceful location.

We had a wonderful stay at Fern Hollow Acres for my sister’s graduation from FSU. It was the perfect quiet retreat away from Tallahassee. The home was exceptionally clean and well-organized which made settling in very easy. It’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming space for her guests! Plus it was so cute! We loved looking at the art from local artists and sitting on the screened patio listening to the birds. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay!!

Out of all the air bnbs I stayed in this one was definitely my favorite! I absolutely loved it . It was so nice , spacious , superrrrr clean , quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants , stores and clubs if you like to hangout . She was so friendly and understanding, responded quickly and was available at any time. She was very detailed with the instructions. House definitely felt like I was at home . The bed was so comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet . This place is 100000/10 I highly recommend anybody booking.

We stayed for a week in this peaceful, scenic setting. Every bay-facing room has a view, and the screened porch was perfect for sunrise coffee. The bed was very comfortable. I cooked most dinners in the decently stocked kitchen. (If you love your prep knives, bring them.) It’s 30 min. to Walmart—great tackle selection at great prices. The tap water is salty but didn’t leave my hair feeling beachy or sticky. Lots of drinking water is provided. The handheld shower was awkward for my 5'10" husband, but fine for 5'1" me. Parking across the street deep enough for our RAM + trailer with kayaks and wide enough for two vehicles, but watch for poison ivy around the edges! Bring bug spray. Kayaks were an easy launch from the beach. Fishing was good, not epic (spotted trout & redfish). Best results were at oyster bars east of the beach. There were lots of birds and a family of wild pigs we watched for at twilight. Ultimately, our trip was beautiful and peaceful, and we had fun.

This is where I stay when I’m in Tallahassee, everything is nearby and I feel safe walking to the store with my daughter (literally 150 feet away) and it’s still quiet, private and safe.

Beautiful, wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. So clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were super friendly. We sure hope it's available the next time we're in town!

We enjoyed our stay while celebrating our daughter’s graduation from FSU. John and Angelica went above and beyond with excellent communication and a very warm welcome of balloons and a card. They were very thoughtful hosts!

House was well organized, stocked and cozy. Great kitchen with all essentials. Outdoor area beyond perfect. We loved it and plan to come back again.

My son and I were visiting family in Tallahassee and Kay's place was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and well appointed and we truly enjoyed our stay.
