My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

Lesley was very accommodating, friendly and helpful if a need presented itself... made extra room for our Boat trailer and two cars and her husband Steve even found a Fuse for our boast when the Bilge Pump went out. The couple made an effort to make certain you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to coming back to say at the 2 bedroom cottage on the water in early Fall. Thanks, Jane

We had great time at Ivy's property. The place is wonderful. Super clean. Lake, fishing deck, fire pit, grill, balcony, everything was perfect. The house is loaded with extra items such as coffee machine and other essentials. Owners very professional, just the way it should be. Highly recomended!

Excellent weekend get away for a couple to enjoy time alone. The set up is fantastic and everything you need is placed out for you to enjoy without having to leave for dinner. There is a beautiful walk way and fishing dock to enjoy as well. Grill set up and fire pits to enjoy with a special person. I highly recommend this Air B&B for any couple that wants to enjoy space and let their hair down for a while.

We always have a great time at the lake house! We have made beautiful memories and will continue to do so. The lake is amazing, my husband loves that he is able to put the boat in the water right from the yard. He and the kids love the bass they catch out there! We love kayaking around the lake too! The water is always so clear. Wonderful and friendly neighbors. The house is also perfect for us. No matter the weather we always have an amazing time!

Another way of giving directions for finding the home for the first time: When you turn left as soon as you come through the gate, keep going on that road until you see a street sign that says Riverside Circle. Make a left and then it’s the first house on your right. I've stayed in a good number of Airbnb's & this one is the best one I've been to. The house is simply beautiful & the decorations are tasteful. The privacy is divine. The grounds large. Good outdoor chairs, including for a couple of kids. Shade on the dock in the afternoon. Lake can be a brown tea like color (from tannins) & murky. Stairs might make your calves scream. We lowered our bags down with a rope. Great to have outdoor sink on balcony. Great to have screened in eating spot. Beds & furniture better than average rental. Host is a super host for a reason.

Our stay at the lake house was incredibly relaxing. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything my family and I needed for a comfortable trip. Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fire pit or the lake due to our busy schedule attending the nearby event, we’re already looking forward to returning so we can take full advantage of all the amenities offered. Sandy was an outstanding host—her instructions were clear, detailed, and everything was just as she described. Highly recommend!

Our 2-Night Birthday Getaway 🌟 For my son’s 14th birthday, I wanted to do something special—just the five of us, no distractions, just quality time. As a single mom of four, I don’t always get the chance to slow down, but this short getaway gave us exactly that. We stayed two nights at this cozy Airbnb that felt like a home away from home. The kids were excited the moment we pulled up. The space was peaceful, clean, and perfect for making memories—whether it was staying up late fishing in the lake, sitting around the fire pit together, or just lounging and laughing. Reviews of Brian's house all said that it it was very peaceful, private and relaxing with a beautiful view from the deck. Which were all true. My husband and pup are very good at chilling and really enjoyed their down time there. I enjoyed the two seafood lunches at Cedar River Seafood located only a few miles from the house. They have the best gator tail, ever! Thanks, Brian for hosting us!
