Clean space, amenities were good! Responsive host!

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. Thanks for the hospitality Minoo !!

Miles is a fantastic host! Not only was he proactive in communicating details regarding entry and amenities, he went above and beyond with little fresh baked goods, Smart Home instructions guide, and providing literally everything you'd need to feel at home (bathrobes, teas, serving dishes+several cups, even milk and cream in the fridge!) The Hot tub was great, the place was spotlessly clean, and the balcony views were a pleasure to enjoy. This is a great house with lovely sky lights in the kitchen and beautiful location right by the boardwalk! 11/10 ✨

This is a wonderful Airbnb in a really special place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are in a quiet location within easy access of trails where you can run or walk and if you like to ride, there are plenty of equestrian places providing this facility including part of the Airbnb itself. Youssef and his family were welcoming and on hand to provide advice as needed. That said, they were never intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and homely and you certainly do not feel like rushing out but rather enjoying the facilities. There is everything that you could need for a short or extended stay. Towels were plentiful as were shampoo and lots of extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a real bonus for children or adults that like a daily swim and although shared with the family, I never felt restricted in its use and loved the fact that it was heated so was comfortable regardless of the external temperature. A wonderful stay and perfect host.

Myself and my friends had a pleasant staycation at Xin’s house in May. I had given a heads up that there will be a 4 months baby with us and they made sure the entire space is clean making it most comfortable especially for the baby. The host was super responsive from the time I booked and replied to my questions in a timely and respectful manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot not very far from city yet appreciate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Great stay and amazing host! We did have a surprise visit from what seemed to be neighbourhood watch but the officer was very kind and responsive to my answers. Overall, the venue was very close to our homes which was very convenient for all the guests. Noise level is very important so please keep that mind during the night! We had no issues with noise as we had very much respect for the neighbours. The city is about 10-15mins away in case you need something from the grocery store and/or other businesses. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Rained lots but plenty of space to enjoy the indoors without being on top of eachother! Less than 10 min walk to a strip with restaurants and a few stores.

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

This is a great place to stay in Barrie! Large enough for 3 couples. Loved the master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet! Super clean and stocked with everything you need. Great central location.

Good place to stay my family and I had a really good time felt like home very clean enough space for the kids to be free around Checking in and out was smooth definitely recommend specially for that price

Ana is a great host and was caring and responsive. I stayed there a couple of months and felt at home. It was really great to have a private unit all to myself and for relatively reasonable price. The location is very convenient, with public transit, grocery stores, libraries, and lots of other stores very close by. The unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is probably more suitable for light cooking or heating of food, and there’s not a ton of refrigerator space. My only discomfort during my stay was that when the weather was very cold, the heat in the room was very warm, especially at night. But it made the laundry dry quickly, which was good. All in all, I’m glad I found this place and I really enjoyed my stay.

Thank you very much for the hospitality. I had fun, perfect, quiet, comfortable and nothing was missing. I highly recommend and I'm sure I'll be back again!🙂

Mahsa’s space was well maintained and cozy. I felt at home and she is a fantastic communicator!

This is the second time I stayed at Allison’s place and it is a lovely spot. The house is clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is a perfect home away from home.

We stayed at Tara’s lovely home during our visit to Markham, and could not have been any more pleased with our stay. The entire check in process was simple and clear, Tara was extremely friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood is in a very convenient location. The home itself was very spacious, welcoming and spotless, not to mention it had all the amenities needed during our stay. What a dream location for our family to spend a week of relaxation and fun! The home was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos, and Paola was a lovely host. l Every last detail was thought of and truly made for such a memorable stay. We hope to return in the future!
