The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Just had a fantastic Christmas break in Dan’s house. Perfect home from home, beautifully decorated for Christmas with a real tree! Thanks so much, Dan. We loved staying in your house and had a fab time.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Thank you so much Anthony and Issy for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was in such a peaceful location and was a perfect size for our group of 7. It was great to have 2 separate living rooms with TV's downstairs so the children could have a room to themselves to watch their programmes! The garden was lovely, totally private and lots for the children to do and also lots of seating. It was an ideal break for us and Upton Grey itself is a lovely tranquil village within a short walk from the house. Many thanks again to you both!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

booked with miranda for a couple of nights and she couldn't have been a better host.. very helpful and responded to right awa to any queries I had.. the house and garden were both beautiful and the whole stay was very enjoyable.. would definaltet recommend 👌.

Amazing all around. Our kids were in heaven with the yard/pool/tennis court/trampoline/all of the other activities, the kitchen was a cooks dream, and the location was incredible. Close enough to get into the city easily while still being far enough away to relax. We can’t recommend Emma and family enough. We will certainly be returning!!

We stayed in a newly refurbished home that was immaculate. We were there whilst having renovations done on our own home not far away so already know the area very well. It was a home away from home and we had everything we needed.

Svetlana’s home is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly kind and welcoming. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay — comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful details. The bed is super comfortable, which made my rest even better. What truly surprised me, and has never happened to me before in all my Airbnb stays, was finding some goodies waiting for me in the fridge. Such a lovely gesture! I highly recommend staying here.

This was our second stay here and once again was a wonderful place to stay. So clean, tidy and welcoming. Rachel was always to happy to help answer any questions we had. There was even tea and coffee available and milk in the fridge when we arrived! We look forward to returning next year!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Had a great stay at Patrick’s. We were there for Royal Ascot and Patrick was very accommodating with times of arrival so that we could change and go to the races. Patrick took us to the station which was beyond what we expected when Ubers failed to turn up. The house was amazing, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again

Lovely stay! Very hospitable. We stayed with my 1 year old and we brought our own cot and it was so easy and nice to have a weekend getaway. Would do it again!!

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Great home in Windsor. Comfy beds and clean decor. Lovely modern lighting and well done updates to an historic building. Very friendly and welcoming host and great place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants, Windsor Castle, and just across from the long walk. Overall great stay!

This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

We used this accommodation for staff working at Ascot. Kusa was a great host. Good communication. Ideal location.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sandra’s place and it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more – from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy bed and sofa bed, it felt like home. The location was perfect, just a short journey to Ascot. Great Place. Really enjoyed the stay

The Cottage was great and the staff very helpful and accommodating they instantly responded to a couple of small requests we did suggest a folder of instructions for washing machine dishwasher and rubbish requirements plus nearest shop pettol station and restaurant might be helpful. Also clearer instructions to find the property. A sign near the toad might help or even approaching from Mole Td turn sharp left when to see STOp painted on toad before the church. Minor issues but would be helpful plus few more drinking glasses and small sharp knife. Can thoroughly recommend this great property and during warm evenings enjoyed sitting in the garden

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌
