The hosts live on the Property, but the flat is independent of the residence and no interaction is required

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

The Cottage sits right on the border of Brisbane's Northern Bay Side suburbs of Sandgate and Deagon and overlooks the Gasworks Creek reserve. Formerly an old carpenters workshop, the exposed timbers create a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. Ideal for the Entertainment Centre or nipping into Brizzy. 1 x Queen bedroom. 1 x sofa bed in the lounge + 2 kids beds up in the star gazers loft..

Welcome to our brand new, self-contained, studio guest room with its own private entrance, solid timber floors and good insulation, it offers a peaceful and relaxing setting for guests. Situated across from Peace Park which has great walking tracks and only a short 15 minute walk to the beach.
