I would recommend you come by taxi because the house is on a hill and the driveway is extremely steep. Our car that we drove rolled back a few times trying to get up the road. Thankfully the kind host helped us park our car. Our room had A/C which is a must in Kandy. Our host made us breakfast for five USD per person which was incredible and delicious. The host couple really worked hard to make our stay as wonderful as possible.

Thank you for being very kind and helpful during my entire week long stay. The view of the town from this guesthouse was wonderful, and though I was initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, the cool mornings and evenings were very pleasant. Hearing the drums from the Temple of the Tooth in the distance every day was also a lovely experience. I hope to stay here again someday. Thank you very much.

Es war einfach wunderbar ! Nach 14 Tagen Rundreise konnten wir uns bestens erholen und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen wurde frisch gekocht und schmeckte super. Das Bett war sehr bequem und nachts war es völlig ruhig. Der Pool wurde freudig genutzt und die abendlichen Fledermaus Schwärme beobachtet. Es ist eine Oase nah des hektischen , lauten Kandys. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

I was happy with the place. The host was nice and helpful giving good tips and getting us prepped with breakfast to go the day we left. The house comes with a beautiful view. The spacs is perfectly fine for two people but somewhat cramped for children. The breakfast was good, and the pancakes they made were amazing. I really recommend the place. I used the tuk he recommended to see around the city, but found my own cheaper inter city transport

Forest face lodge was exactly as described. A cozy place with a view of the nearby river, which you can also hear at all times. The staff was very friendly and accommodated to all our needs. You just have to accept that it takes about 15min by Tuktuk to get to Kandy city center.

Mi estancia con Samantha fue muy agradable, nos recibió con un riquísimo zumo!! En lo referente a la habitación coincide al 100% de lo esperado y sus hijos siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte (son encantadores). En lo referente tanto al check-in como al check out te da todas las facilidades del mundo y en cuanto al desayuno fue increíble.
