Historical Haven is a unique cottage that will not disappoint. This renovated circa 1840 Dry Goods store is located on Merchants Row. Take a step back in time as you visit one of the only intact 19th-century mercantile districts in the nation. Enjoy a historical walking tour and do some shopping as you take in the scenery. With riverside views and a large deck it’s an ideal place to stay for a Bourbon Trail excursion, visiting Centre College, enjoying area attractions, or just relax and unwind.

Grant Place is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home located on a quiet street within walking distance to Centre College, Norton Center, Ephraim McDowell Hospital and Main Street. Located 4 miles to Wilderness Trail Distillery and 14 miles to Shaker Village. Grant Place is spacious and fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. The home features one king bed and one queen bed. We do provide a pack and play if you are traveling with a small child. Enjoy relaxing on our large covered front porch.

This whole house rental is comprised of two apartments on the same property occupying the entire house. You will have exclusive use of the entire property including the outdoor amenities which are a private hot tub area, Firepit, and barbecue pellet grill. There aims a nicely appointed front porch and on the second floor another nice porch around back. Separate entrances for each apartment in the rear of the property with plenty of off street parking for several vehicles.

2 Bedroom Home in Junction City

This home belongs to my parents. They travel frequently and are not always on the property. They have separate living quarters in the rear of the home that is separated from the rental space. There is no shared spaces in the home with them. Upon retirement, they decided to open up part of their home to assist in their quest to travel more. We hope that you enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the simple home they have lived in for many years.
