Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufung Forest and below the collegiate church. It is a 5-minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
