Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Bouzama

We stayed with our daughters, 8 and 10 years old, for 3 days and 2 nights. It was perfect. The riad is well located, even when you arrive with suitcases it is close to one of the gates of the Medina. (If necessary, you can have your luggage brought by people from the Medina with trolleys). We were able to do anything on foot. The best thing about the accommodation is that each room has its own bathroom with toilet. The rooftop with ocean view is pleasant even if we did not enjoy it more than that because there are plenty of things to do in Essaouira. The welcome and exchanges with Catherine were very good. She even organized our transfer from Marrakech airport with a very professional and serious driver company. Stay more than up to par in this Riad and in this beautiful Moroccan city on a human scale.

Beautiful house with great staff Fatiha and Madi! They make your stay so pleasant. Beautiful stylish rooms and country estate. Fun with the turtles and cats too! Fatiha was a good cook. The only disadvantage of the house was the stench of the nearby animals and flies. Furthermore, it was a wonderful place to relax!

Michelle's place was the perfect getaway. It slept 5 of us and our dog with room to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast and dinners when we felt like cooking. The house is next to everything, but down a quiet side street. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. At first we were surprised because we couldn't get into the actual house due to a storm damage. However, the other house was significantly larger, very nice and in the same environment. The owner is absolutely friendly and accommodating. He also helped us with other matters, such as organizing a taxi. There were two people who took care of order and cleanliness. They were super nice, accommodating and helpful and came to prepare breakfast and for washing up afterwards. We took them right to heart and it was nice to be relieved in the household. A thousand thanks for that! I highly recommend the place. My friends who were there also shared that opinion.

I really enjoyed staying at Fabian’s place, I loved the highway of camels, donkeys, horses and dogs that walk to the sea in the morning and goes back to their houses at night, The people are easy. It is quiet and simple which is great if you want relaxation. The sea is clear and the waves are not overwhelming! I would like to come back,

This place is incredible and spread across 5 floors - the photos don’t do this stunning property justice! We were in love with the arty, bohemian decor and the rooftop terrace was where we spend most of our evenings! The master bedroom and living room were particular favourites - the large flatscreen TV was esp a hit for our 7 year old son! The complimentary sweet treats and fresh orange juice on arrival was a lovely touch. The Dar had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our only regret not being here longer as we were only staying in Essaouira for 4 nights. Jawad was very helpful guiding us on our day of arrival and checking all was ok during our stay. Helene was also great in recommending local restaurants - Triskala was amazing! Essaouira was simply beautiful and we can’t wait to come back. Would 100% recommend. Thank you very much.

Wonderful stay at Said's A haven of peace, we were able to fully enjoy the incredible calm that the villa offers without forgetting the beautiful pool If you love animals, it's even better because we really enjoy feeding them and spending time with them. I loved the place , the entire villa got super clean and ready in a short period of time for my last minute reservation . Not to mention how helpful Hamza was to come and escort me to the entrance of the villa ( was totally my fault to take a wrong turn ) . A very good communication, it all went smooth . we found this place very relaxing and quiet. pooling is a plus. Salah was very available and very welcoming. The only thing missing is garden chairs for eating outside. Recommended location.

Very warm and cozy Villa. Slightly outdated. Beautiful plants and flowers around the house. +/-20 minutes drive From Essaouiera. Quietly located, only the rooster of the neighbors was very present. Lovely heated swimming pool. Extra asset is the presence of Fatima. She made a wonderful breakfast every morning (on request also other meals), she covered our beds, did the dishes, lit the fireplace in the morning... Real hotel service! Mohammed who came in the morning and evening for the maintenance of pool and garden was also a plus. If something was broken (for example, a running toilet) it was immediately repaired by him. Highly recommended but drive to Essaouiera.

Wow wow wow what can I say! Carla's property, the location, and the attentive, caring and talented staff who look after you at the property are all ten stars!! The place is even more amazing than the photos can describe - every detail of the house is artful, the pool was perfect, and the hammam and the massage service from Debhia at the property was a big bonus! The rooms are HUGE - so comfortable, and there is so much space! The bedding is crisp, we had the fireplace going one cosy night, there are other areas like an open tent area in the grounds where you stargaze! The food that Hayat and her team cooked was absolutely stunning - prepared carefully for our many dietary needs and presented so beautifully! Special mention for the amazing Abdulatif, who brought warmth, kindness & help no matter what time day or night - the whole place was an oasis of calm with a feeling of family. We couldn't have asked for anything more - if you are thinking to book here, dont hesistate :)

We see that med's priority is the satisfaction of these customers, very responsive. The accommodation was perfect, there is absolutely everything. We did the shopping at Aswaq Salam which is a 6-min drive away. A nice cat is on site to accompany you but it never enters the house even if you leave the door open. The pool is great, huge living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms with their bathroom. If I may advise med, it would be to set up a barbecue (fixed) and why not a swing. Also, making a continuous path (without hollows) between the entrance and the parking lot is better to avoid carrying the suitcases at this level even if it represents only 1.50 m. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

I absolutely loved this place it truly felt like home. Even though we only stayed for two days, it felt much longer thanks to the comfort and peaceful vibe of the house. The mattresses and beds were extraordinary, super comfortable and made it hard to leave! I’ll definitely be coming back for a longer stay to fully enjoy everything it has to offer. The location in Ghezoua is perfect very close to the city, so we got to experience the charm of Essaouira while also enjoying the calm and serenity of the village. Highly recommended!

An absolutely stunning riad with the most amazing view from the terrace. Hasna and Sadia were brilliant our entire stay, Adil was also so helpful and accommodating- particularly with our super-late arrival. A gorgeous place to stay.

Super nice host and nice accommodation! The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful, but a little noisy due to construction work on site. The price is a bit high for the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Assad's, and we will really have a very good memory of it. Everything was perfect. Assad generously puts himself at the service of his guests. He was very responsive to all our requests before, during and after our stay, to make our life easy and enjoyable. Assad is one of the beautiful encounters of our trip to Morocco. The house is huge and very pleasant. It is ideally located for discovering Essaouira on foot. The house is quiet and has double glazing, allowing you to spend peaceful nights. Finally, we had the joy of meeting the smiling and adorable Nezha, who cooked us excellent breakfasts. Nezha, like Assad, is kindness incarnate. You will have understood, we highly recommend this accommodation, for its location, its comfort and especially for meeting Assad and Nezha.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a quality moment for the whole family - especially spending time with the kids. Xavier was an exceptional host, going extra mile by offering us a book to take home after we started reading it during our stay - such a thoughtful gesture! The place was comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a family getaway.. we left with cool memories and a new favorite place we can’t wait to return to. B

We had the most wonderful time staying at this stunning 3-floor dar in the heart of Essaouira’s Medina. The house is beautifully restored, blending traditional Moroccan charm with modern comforts. Each floor has its own unique atmosphere, and the rooftop terrace is absolutely perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with a view of the Medina rooftops. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in a peaceful corner of the old town, but just a short walk to the souks, the ramparts, and the beach. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. Our host was warm, responsive, and provided great local tips, which really enhanced our stay. If you’re looking for a truly authentic and memorable experience in Essaouira, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to come back!
