A great apartment for transit. The value for money is fine. It is clean and complete with a great bed. Conveniently, the car can park on private property and the bikes in a garage. The apartment is in a quiet suburb, a 30-minute walk from the center of Valence. Laetitia is most friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied.

The house is located in a beautiful setting, perfect for lovers of peace and nature. The interior is very clean and tidy. We really had a great time.

Very cute accommodation, functional and pleasant for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Virginie and Guillaume are very friendly and were very accommodating. Our stay was far too short, we would have really liked to extend it but it was not possible for us, really a shame! Thank you again and happy hosting.

Excellent welcome! Everything was perfect! We had a super rejuvenating stay in the middle of nature, difficult to leave! Great with the kids, we loved taking care of the animals. Very pleasant stay at Elodie's. We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day, being able to dine on the terrace, all the amenities in the apartment. Everything is there, from coffee to dishwashing products, with homemade cookies as a bonus! Thank you Elodie, very fluid communication before and during, everything was perfect.

A huge thank you for this rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature. We were greeted with gentleness, kindness and responsiveness by a smiling and attentive host. His house, perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate 8 people, exudes simplicity and authenticity. A real family home spirit, as we like them: no fuss, warm, conducive to reunions. Our whole family loved it, and we recommend this place with great pleasure.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to services, it is very clean. Ideal for couple. Large bedroom with storage and very comfortable bedding. Ludivine is adorable, she even came to bring us an extra saucepan so that we could cook as we pleased!

We had a lovely few days, a beautiful peaceful place and stay, surrounded by forrest walks and Carina’s friendly animal friends!

We were first very surprised by the very atypical building with this large and beautiful stone staircase, this veranda as the roof of the building, an incredible charm! Then, the accommodation was perfect, very clean and very pleasant to live in, located in the heart of the city, once the car was parked (which is perhaps the most complicated, city center requires), we could do everything on foot, have a drink on the terrace in a very nice bar, and a very good restaurant "La cantine" at the foot of the building that organizes the terrace service in the middle of the square! Very nice experience in the heart of Valencia!

Nice to experience a Tiny house… the place is quiet, relaxing and the terrace is sheltered from the wind. There was everything you needed in this small, well-designed space. On the other hand, it's not easy at our age, 78 and 79, to climb down the ladder after the night! We have fond memories and will gladly recommend this place. Thank you for your availability

Lise is an excellent host, she is always available, helpful and makes you feel welcome and at home. The apartment is very nicely decorated and everything necessary is available. The location is great and our car was also well accommodated in the parking garage next door. All in all, a wonderful experience Thank you, dear Lise

The house is impeccable and remarkably equipped, nothing is missing. The garage is an asset in the old center, which is not designed for parking, subject to being comfortable reversing :) We have a station wagon, however, and it goes without complications. On the back, the two terraces give a direct view of the village roofs and the bridge, it is a pleasure to settle there in the morning and return when night falls. Isabelle responds quickly and clearly to messages, in short it is the ideal address to stay in the Royans!
