We enjoyed our stay here as we were visiting MSU. Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs. Definitely will look to stay here again when we visit. The barn cats are so friendly but respectful of not trying to enter cabin. Enjoyed feeding the horses.

This was our second stay and we will def be back. The property is beautiful and peaceful and has gorgeous porch views. The house was cozy and kitchen fully stocked.

I adored this Cabin. It was cozy and charming. Like stepping back in time. The cabin has so much character. I loved working out of the den and the bedrooms were very spacious. The property itself its peaceful and my dogs loved visiting with the cows and goats. This place is so pretty we barely left. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this cabin. I also loved the assortment of books and puzzles, and historic artifacts throughout the cabin. You will find a treasure in every corner. From all the cute china and dishes to the stained glass windows and historic paintings.

We stayed at the Summer Kitchen in June for our 24th anniversary & it was wonderful - so peaceful & relaxing. We loved the close proximity to so many things.. lunch at Wallace Station, antique shopping in Midway & Georgetown, dinner in Lexington. And then coming back to the farm for an evening walk around the pond beside the beautiful wheat fields & petting the horses.. such a lovely weekend. Thanks for sharing your home! PS - take the path behind the dairy barn & dip your toes in the creek; perfect for a hot summer day😎

Leslie and Al were wonderful hosts. Charming cottage. Had everything you need. Beautiful farm setting. Beautiful horses. Close to Lexington and all the Distilleries. She many wonderful things to see and do in the area. Coming back to the cottage was like coming back to your home at night. We would go back again and have already recommended this place to friends. We had An amazing time staying at Emily’s! My daughter was out early every morning to say hi to the horses and loved the kitty and dogs visiting too! Beds were comfy!

The Tule Farm and Meghan were amazing. Prior to our arrival, Meghan communicated well and shared some suggestions with us of local things to take in. She was attentive during our stay and communicated well. The place was immaculately clean and many conveniences were included in the kitchen for cooking. On top of those positives, the property is exceptional! It’s such a beautiful and relaxing environment with the open area all around for the kids to play, and it has access to a creek, which was fun for them as well. Meghan even invited is us up to meet the horses. My daughter loves horses, so she arranged a time for her to come back a second time. I would highly recommend booking this place if you like a country setting with a great hostess.

A perfect stay for our event at the Kentucky Horse Park. Idyllic and peaceful setting after a busy day. We will definitely stay again!

This place was beautiful, relaxing and calm. The interior and exterior absolutely pristine. If you need peace and quiet this is the place for you. Accommodations were as described. Home was just perfect for our long weekend! It was clean, stocked on all the essentials and the beds were so comfortable!! We will stay again when we come back!

This well decorated, clean, peaceful home was a highlight of our stay. My son had room to throw the baseball, my youngest caught fireflies, my oldest spent time petting the 7 foals, and I read in a chair under a huge tree. Georgetown was a great location for us as well. Beds were clean and comfortable, towels were soft and fluffy. I highly recommend.

We LOVED our stay at The Lodge at Riley Farms! It was a beautiful, peaceful location, away from the interstate but not such a long trek that it was cumbersome to get to. We really appreciated how detailed the cleaning of this place was-- not all AirBnBs are made equal with that. Everything was like or better than the photos and our party of 10 had plenty of space inside and out to sleep, eat, play, relax, and roam. The kitchen truly was a FULL kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, and counterspace anyone who cooks full-time would need. It is true that because of the tall ceilings the space feels larger on the inside than the photos depict. It was also nice to have so many windows that easily opened to let in the fresh country air and sunshine. We had notified Jacqalynn of our family's EMF sensitivity and without us asking, she unplugged the WiFi for us before our arrival. We noticed and appreciated this thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We truly felt welcomed.

I cannot even begin to tell you what a wonderful time we had! Lisa's guesthouse and Farm are beautiful and we loved the location. Our stay was serene and peaceful and we appreciated being able to bring our two dogs. Feeding the alpachas and talking with Lisa was a bonus. We loved visiting Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge. We will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa for sharing your lovely guesthouse and your time.

Such a great place to stay!! Pretty clean and accommodating. Very relaxing and peaceful place! The animals were amazing to watch! The daughter was such a sweetie to talk to! Lots of cute little kitties to watch. Wish we knew beforehand that we could have bought fresh eggs and ground beef from the family farm instead of hauling from out of town. But I would definitely recommend this place!

amazing home with an amazing host. so much history in the house itself if you take the time to check some of it out. We had 3 families traveling together and had plenty of space and plenty of bed. The house is very clean. but we were most impressed with the amazing hospitality we received from the host. The fresh eggs left in the refrigerator, the fresh baked cookies delivered upon arrival. hand written note for our group. Just all together impressed and would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

We booked this place as a last minute replacement after for our last stop on our way home. This was just what we needed that last night. It was private, peaceful, enough for beds for our family of six, and it was only about 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter, which we visited the next day. Would 100% book again!! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Avena's place! The space was clean and in a great location. Avena was a kind and responsive host. I would definitely book here again. Things to note: If you run hot at night and are planning to stay in the loft style bed then bring a fan. For those reviews that complain about the street noise - if you are used to some noise at night, you will be fine. It is not as though you are staying above a bar or a club, and the street is just a two lane one way street. We hardly noticed it!

This was the perfect stay! We were very comfortable in the house. Lots of open kitchen/dining area. Beautiful bathroom! My mother (81) said she could just stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay was very enjoyable and everything we needed for the weekend. We were close to Lexington, but the location is quiet and relaxing. The view is beautiful with pastures, horses, and picturesque sunsets.

We had the most lovely time at Martin’s Tipton Tiny Cabin! Sadly, we could only manage one night. But, everything was as described and somehow even more serene than the photos! Absolutely recommend.

Had a blast. The zip line was a hit for the girls. They loved feeding horses. It was a great get away. We definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Lexington.
