Apartment holiday rentals in Boulogne-Billancourt

I spent 5 nights at Christophe's apartment. It is conveniently located near transport links - tram/RER and bus at a 5-7 minute walk. The check-in process was a bit confusing. We had to call Christophe to get the key, after some time of messaging and waiting. Otherwise, Christophe was very responsive with our questions and advice. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person. The bed hidden inside the couch wasn't very comfortable, because the mattress had been stored inside for a long time, and it didn't lay straight when the bed was laid out. I had to take the mattress and put it on the floor to sleep. Luckily, after 1-2 nights, the mattress was straight again and I could sleep comfortably. Another drawback is the poor noise insulation, I could head garbage trucks at night and neighbours in the flat hallway, because I slept in the living room. Probably in the bedroom it's not the case. However, I recommend because of the location of the apartment. Good value for the price.

My second stay at Cecilia’s place was great! Both she and her husband (Simon) were great hosts. The place was lovely and neat as usual. I’ll always consider staying at their place whenever I visit Paris!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement d'Ismael ! L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec un supermarché et les transports à proximité ! La communication a été simple et réactive, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Je garderai précieusement l’adresse pour une prochaine fois, et je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !

We had a great stay at this accommodation in Paris. It’s very well connected by Metro Line 9, which made it super easy to get around the city, Eiffel Tower and Roland Garros were both easily reachable with a short ride. The place was perfect for three people. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we all slept well. Everything was clean, tidy, and just as described. The apartment had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and clean, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay in Paris with great public transport access!

Djelloul s’est montré très accueillant et très précis dans ses instructions. De plus, le parking sous terrain est vraiment très rassurant. L’immeuble également est très sécurisé.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Nolwenn, qui a été une hôte très réactive et arrangeante. Les photos et descriptifs sont conformes à la réalité et la vue sur Paris est vraiment étonnante surtout à l'entrée dans l'appartement. Nous venions à Paris pour rendre visite à notre fille à Sèvres avec un objectif de visite à Versailles, La Défense (shopping pour Madame, Racing 92 à Arena Defense pour Monsieur) et quelques virées à Paris. L'emplacement était idéal avec la ligne L à proximité direction Versailles ou Saint-Lazare . Enfin et pas un des moindres atouts de l'appart, une place de parking privative en ss-sol est disponible ce qui est vraiment très pratique.

Gerard and Francoise provided an exceptional place to stay. The space is very modern and clean and we were immediately comfortable for our 11 day Paris visit. Communication was great and Francoise met us on check in and oriented us to the apartment. The apartment was very well equipped with everything, and extras were provided… coffee, milk, bread, adult beverages, orange juice, butter and jelly… you do not see this much anymore. Finally the neighborhood was great. Non touristy and quiet which is a big plus after you fight with the crowds in the touristy area. But, you can reach Metro in 5 min walks and go to all the attractions. And grocery stores and eateries were abundant. Thank you Gérard and Francoise!

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Apartamento maravilhoso, com tudo ao dispôr, situado num local central, próximo do Metro, Trocadero, Torre Eiffel e Champs Mars, mas num edifício silencioso. As informações da locatária sobre o acesso e a utilização do espaço foram detalhadas e facilitaram muito a nossa estada. Um alojamento a repetir. Uma estada fabulosa!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

L’intérieur de l’appartement est parfait. Le lit est grand et très confortable. C’est propre et nous avons à notre disposition tout ce qui est nécessaire. L’accueil de Nicolas a été extraordinaire. Notre sommes arrivées vers 13h alors que l’appartement était disponible à 16h. Nicolas nous a chaleureusement accueilli dans son restaurant et a gardé nos valises. Nous sommes donc allées faire une promenade et à notre retour, nos deux valises de plus de 20kg étaient dans l’appartement. Il y a 3 étages très étroites alors un énorme merci à Nicolas qui nous m’a probablement évité un mal de dos 😊 Il est important d’aller profiter d’un succulent repas de pâtes et pizza au restaurant de Nicolas. C’est délicieux! Merci pour ce magnifique séjour!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

hôtes très accueillant et tres arrangeant ! et super sympa aussi . le logement été niquel le lieu est très calme . Alexandre est très disponible pour ces hôtes . je pense que nous avons trouver notre pied a terre pour nos prochaines venue à Paris ! encore merci pour tout. je vous conseille ce logement a 3000% les yeux fermés .

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
