I spent 5 nights at Christophe's apartment. It is conveniently located near transport links - tram/RER and bus at a 5-7 minute walk. The check-in process was a bit confusing. We had to call Christophe to get the key, after some time of messaging and waiting. Otherwise, Christophe was very responsive with our questions and advice. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person. The bed hidden inside the couch wasn't very comfortable, because the mattress had been stored inside for a long time, and it didn't lay straight when the bed was laid out. I had to take the mattress and put it on the floor to sleep. Luckily, after 1-2 nights, the mattress was straight again and I could sleep comfortably. Another drawback is the poor noise insulation, I could head garbage trucks at night and neighbours in the flat hallway, because I slept in the living room. Probably in the bedroom it's not the case. However, I recommend because of the location of the apartment. Good value for the price.

We had a great stay at Ismael's place! The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with a supermarket and transport nearby! The communication was simple and responsive, which is always appreciated. I will keep the address for the next time, and I recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

We had a great stay at this accommodation in Paris. It’s very well connected by Metro Line 9, which made it super easy to get around the city, Eiffel Tower and Roland Garros were both easily reachable with a short ride. The place was perfect for three people. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we all slept well. Everything was clean, tidy, and just as described. The apartment had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and clean, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable stay in Paris with great public transport access!

Djelloul was very welcoming and very precise in his instructions. In addition, the underground parking is really very reassuring. The building is also very secure.

We had a pleasant stay at Nolwenn's apartment, who was a very responsive and accommodating host. The photos and descriptions are in line with reality and the view of Paris is really amazing especially when entering the apartment. We were coming to Paris to visit our daughter in Sèvres with a goal of visiting Versailles, La Défense (shopping for Madame, Racing 92 at Arena Defense for Sir) and a few trips to Paris. The location was ideal with the L line nearby towards Versailles or Saint-Lazare . Finally and not one of the least advantages of the apartment, a private parking space in the basement is available which is really very convenient.

Adriana was quick to communicate and also facilitated check-in time. The apartment was clean and cosy. The kitchen a little bit small but enough for do some easy cook. The kitchen equipment was in good condition. I feel at home here.

Nice and comfortable apartment, a bit older and smaller than I expected, but its very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need. Jaques is a good host and communicates really well. We enjoyed our stay in his apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in and check out instructions were perfectly clear. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great too - right by the Eiffel Tower! Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The interior of the apartment is perfect. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's clean and we have everything we need at our disposal. Nicolas' welcome was extraordinary. We arrived around 1pm while the apartment was available at 4pm. Nicolas warmly welcomed us to his restaurant and kept our suitcases. We therefore went for a walk and on our return, our two suitcases of more than 20kg were in the apartment. There are 3 very narrow floors so a huge thank you to Nicolas who probably saved us from back pain 😊 It's important to go and enjoy a delicious pasta and pizza meal at Nicolas' restaurant. It's delicious! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay.
