Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and exactly what we needed and wanted. It truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and comfortable. I was traveling from India to Vegas to join for my new project assignment. I was hoping to get hotel or Airbnb closure to my office for temporary accommodation and am glad I found Stephanie’s place. Apartment was so cozy and felt like home as soon as I entered after a long journey. Instructions were very clear and place was super clean, am really thankful that she offered a complimentary cleaning services during my stay as it was a long stay. She also was very responsive and shared local recommendations for me to explore. I would definitely recommend this place as this is really in minutes distance to strip and many other city attractions. Thanks you Stephanie for making feel like home in other country.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel’s place, it was exactly what he described, he was very communicative and even accommodated to let us check in earlier. Free parking was a plus, didn’t have to worry about anything our stay. Ty Gabriel.🌟

This place was amazing—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a great view. I had zero issues during my stay. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and even allowed me to extend my checkout time, which I really appreciated. My wife and I had an amazing stay at Carmen's place. The cleanliness and the accommodations were best than an hotel. Plenty parking spaces next to the accommodation. Next time I go to Vegas, I hope I can stay there again.

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

Stayed here with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday. Great location! Close to everything and away from all the chaos. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing was the guy at the counter where they give you the wristbands at check in. He wanted to give me a "free" gift after I take a tour of the grounds the next morning. He would not take no for an answer and was very aggressive. After telling him no 4 times (!) I had to just grab the wristbands and leave. Not the fault of the host since its a time share, but just be aware. Highly recommended!

KoKo’s AirB&B is awesome! The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the bathrooms provided a lot of space to put your stuff. The kitchen was really nice too! The kitchen provided most of the things that you would normally need for cooking. Overall, the AirB&B was wonderful. KoKo is a great host too! Will definitely book again if we are going back to Vegas.

The unit was modern and comfortably furnished, with spectacular lake views from both balconies. The location is perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and watercraft rentals. We loved our stay and had a fantastic time. We hope to return again soon!

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Everything was perfect in the home! Super clean (really important to me) and very homey. The mattress in the second bedroom (queen) was so comfortable, we slept really well. We were told by the other couple that the king mattress wasn't as comfortable but the room was beautiful. Thank you so very much for a wonderful Airbnb experience!
