The apartment is very well located for business or for holidays. The only downside is the bed upstairs, you have to be agile because the stairs are steep and above all it lacks storage for things. Otherwise the apartment is very clean. Very good condition with a beautiful view.

Everything is as described, perfect and without unpleasant surprises. Impeccable cleanliness and very good foresight of water outages with reserves. I recommend it!

Perfect stay, quick welcome and accommodating departure time. The highlight is clearly the view, which is incredible, the location for the stay is great.

We stayed several nights at Philippe's place. The accommodation is impeccable, nothing to say, and the location is awesome, the beach is really next door as advertised and we see it from the terrace! Beautiful sunset also seen from the terrace😍😍. The concierge is also very kind, and answers our questions quickly. she prepared us a meal (for a fee) when we arrived because we were arriving late, so don't hesitate to ask her.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures and very clean. Everything you need was available (especially in the kitchen). The garden was heavenly, the accommodation very quiet. However, it should be noted that the accommodation is somewhat remote, you always have to drive to restaurants, but this is always offset by the tranquility. The hosts were very friendly and always responsive to requests and tips. Overall an absolute recommendation!

Very nice apartment well located in Gosier. Communication with the housing managers was excellent, they are very attentive and very responsive to make the stay as good as possible. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

Aude and Franck really welcomed us, they made us feel comfortable right away. The photos are identical to the place, the view is just incredible on Les Saintes. We even got to see the island of Dominica. The accommodation is super nice and it is very quiet. They gave us good advice about the surroundings (restaurants etc.) we sympathized well and we found them great. Simplicity, hospitality, smiling, and it feels good. We'll be back for sure! Anyway, it's a great address, I recommend it +++++ 😊🥰

Beautiful place with stunning views of the Grande Anse bay and the sea. You can reach several beautiful beaches either on foot or in a few minutes by car. Absolutely recommend! :)

I stayed some days in Line’s cottage with a friend. The cottage is super, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Line is very friendly and took good care of us. The check-in and the check-out were flexible and easy. The cottage is pretty, clean and very quiet and the view is the best ever. We can warmly recommend the gîte to other travellers and would be happy to come back one day.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

We had a great stay, the place and the view are great 5 minutes from a very nice intimate beach… the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious… the terrace is large and very nice… we recommend this accommodation which has good services and is wonderfully located from the beach of Grande Anse and the beach of La Perle (beautiful)

Functional accommodation Marie is extremely welcoming and caring Authentic accommodation problem with internet access and no mobile network but Marie told us that the arrival of the fiber was close

Our stay at Baie Du Paradis was nothing short of incredible, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Nathalie. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Nathalie arranged our transport from the ferry terminal, greeted us in person, and took the time to show us around the beautiful property. Her genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment was evident, making us feel right at home. The house itself is a true gem. With its modern amenities and breathtaking views, it provided a magical and memorable experience that we will cherish forever. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape made every moment feel like a postcard come to life. We highly recommend staying at Baie Du Paradis and exploring Terre-de-Haut.

Philippe and his wife are extremely charming, welcoming and really attentive hosts. Very concerned about the well-being of these hosts. We were able to count on them throughout our stay. Small homemade coconut ice cream upon arrival. What more could you ask for? We're so grateful for this first experience in Guadeloupe. And of course we will be back…

Had a wonderful stay. Even though just a small cozy studio, everything was clean and well equipped. The outdoor shower was helpful when returning from the beach close beach on foot or by car (Grande Anse is a must). Earplugs made a difference for the nature sounds of insects and roosters! Nothing to do with the residence but plan for the down season as restaurants are not all open (specially Mondays!). Thanks to our host for being helpful and responsive. If you are looking for a quiet stay close to nature, this a great stay. We recommend the botanical garden in Deshaies to see great plants and have fun with the accras!

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
