Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bouffémont

Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Samuel’s place was at a great location where we could easily walk to different tourist attractions. The place was clean and like the pictures. Would recommend!

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We had everything we needed during our stay! The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and surrounded by shops, which made getting around and grabbing essentials super convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Nice place to stay! We were 3 people and that worked well! Also thanks to the good weather and the nice terrace. The host was very helpful with questions and proactively placed a protection over my bike. Very satisfied! Beautiful region too!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

There is not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.

It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city center. Because of that, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thanks Audrey :-)

Cozy place in a peaceful but lively neighborhood with everything you need around (supermarket, cafes, restaurants…) The location is very convenient if you have an early flight. The 1.5 bathrooms were very practical for us, a group of 4. Everything was just as described and the host was helpful providing recommendations to get around the city. I would 100% stay here again :)

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
