It is located in the most beautiful nature with birdsong and rich wildlife outside the windows. Walk 300 meters across the field and you are at the beach. There is a private terrace in connection with the apartment. There is an insect net in the patio door, so sleep with the door open and enjoy the sounds of the night. Take the food and a bottle of wine to the hilltop of the field and enjoy the magnificent views of the fields and beach. There is a dog on the property.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for the sake of coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is a closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and a music system (AUX connector for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi. All beds are Hæstens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is unconditionally the nicest with a feeling of "old days".

No animals are allowed. No smoking in the house. Tenants must bring their own bed linens, towels and cloths. Although it is an older house, we appreciate that the house is clean and tidy.

The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest bathing area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good bet. Here are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. During the summer months there is every weekend music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Sofa bed available in small room.

Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.
