We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Mexico City. We'd definitely love to come back!

Roberto’s penthouse far surpassed expectations! So nice to be in an airbnb that is actually someone’s home. So chic - details galore - beautifully curated space with an incredible collection of fashion and design books , gorgeous objects and all the modern amenities. Way bigger than expected - extremely comfortable for us 2 and our little dog. great bed - full kitchen - gorgeous views above the trees and so peaceful and quiet which is rare in this city. Roberto and staff were very attentive and professional. I cant wait to be back in this beautiful home!!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos con Alan y nuevamente todo estuvo de maravilla. Muy bonito departamento, con muy buenas vistas y bien ubicado, y Alan fue un gran anfitrión. Totalmente recomendado.

LOCATION. Maria’s place is perfectly located with lots to do. If you prefer to walk like we did , it’s totally doable to walk to roma norte from here which I recommend. There’s always a guard letting us in which felt really safe. In fact, they held our luggage for a couple of hours to explore before leaving for our flight and it was completely safe. The place is exactly as advertised and clean. Maria’s place is perfectly located to visit museums, the castle, art, etc. They were very responsive and great hosts. The only thing I would say is there is quite a significant amount of noise but there’s ear plugs and we were so tired at the end of each day that it didn’t bother us. I would definitely stay here again.

Fernando was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless, starting with the easiest self check-in process. The Airbnb itself was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we could possibly need—and more. We felt very safe throughout our stay, thanks in part to the 24/7 security guard at the building entrance. The location was fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. As the listing notes, there’s “potential for noise” on the weekends due to the vibrant nightlife in the area. It was noticeable, but manageable—Fernando thoughtfully provides earplugs and even an Alexa device for white noise, which helped a lot. Sunday night was much quieter. Overall, the noise didn’t take away from what was a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!! Thank you Fernando for making our trip unforgettable!

Excelente airbnb como descrito en las fotos en el corazón de Polanco! Excelente localización para dirigirse a los principales puntos de interés ya sea caminando, en bici, en Uber. El apartamento impecable con justo lo necesario en un apartamento con seguridad privada las 24 horas lo que nos hizo sentir muy seguros Gaby siempre fue una host súper amable y nos ayudó en lo que ocupamos y siempre estuvo atenta, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería !

Todo estuvo excelente, muy ordenado, zona bastante segura, siempre al pendiente, lo recomiendo ampliamente 👍

La estancia fue muy buena. La ubicación está excelente Areli e Iván fueron claros con las instrucciones. Llegamos por la noche pero con la entrada autónoma no hubo ningún problema. Las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar. Nos recibieron con snacks y agua.

Excellent location, very convenient with a pharmacy just downstairs and restaurants close by. There's a Walmart two blocks away and lovely parks close by to explore. The airport was less than 20 minutes away. Gym was very clean. We were not able to use the hot tub since it closes early at 7 pm.

Mi estancia en el Airbnb de Edgar fue excelente. El lugar es tal cual como en las fotos, muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Edgar fue siempre atento y respondió rápido a cualquier duda. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí en futuras visitas a CDMX. ¡Gracias por todo!

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

El espacio de Lorena es muy agradable para tu estancia por este lado de la ciudad muy bien ubicado , lo recomiendo a sus próximos huéspedes .

Me encantó el departamento, tiene todo lo indispensable para un alojamiento cómodo y seguro. Tiene muy bonita vista 🤩 Y la ubicación es muy céntrica puedes caminar hasta paseo de la reforma de manera segura , hay muchos lugares aún lado para comer y comprar algunas cosas. Lo que más me encantó fue su gimnasio es muy completo y sus vistas en el piso del gym son increíbles Sin duda alguna volveríamos 💪🏻

Simplemente Excelente! El lugar tal cual como en las fotos, muy bien mantenido, camas deliciosas, gran calidad en los detalles. Maja quizás sea la mejor anfitriona que he tenido en airbnb, atenta todo el tiempo, colaboradora y cálida. Un 10, sin lugar a dudas.

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

The place was great, and Enrique is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and helpful. He recommended some restaurants, and they were fantastic. We had extra requests, and he fulfilled all of them without any hesitation. He is a very kind person and the best host that I have ever met. The apartment is located in the best neighborhood in Mexico City, a very walkable neighborhood. The apartment is near numerous restaurants, and Walmart is located across the street. The building is super secure; it has at least 5 security personnel all the time. I definitely recommend it.

I took such a long time to decide where to book and I am SO glad I booked this place. Geo clearly knows how to be a great host!. The apartment was clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is in a busy street, however the location of the apartment was very quiet. There was always friendly security ready to let us in and out. The bed! Very comfortable! Weather was hot, but fans were enough to keep us cool at night. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat for the cleanliness, feeling very well taken care of and the location. Oh! and we SO appreciated the water filter!

Gabriel is a wonderful host. The gym and rooftop are nice additions and you’re a short walk away from anything you need.

This is a very nice location with a very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and cafe's to choose from. Markets were close as well as nice boutiques on Amsterdam Street. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as we did a lot of walking and various excursions.. The kitchen was well equipments and the roof top pool and loungers was a nice place for a quick dip and relaxing after a busy day. We highly recommend this apartment and Luis and colleagues were very helpfull
