Holiday rentals with a patio in Boscobel

I would highly recommend this place to stay, it was safe and secure, the pool is open 24/7, host is always responding and ensuring that his guest was doing great, wouldn't recommend shopping in the local area.

We stayed the night after a wedding in the area and we wished we had stayed for longer. The place was exactly as described with a pool and beach area. Matthew was very responsive and accommodating and even called to ensure we got back something that we left behind. A video was provided with clear instructions to find the location and then to find the room. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

The place was lovely. Great location, spacious, quiet neighbourhood, ground level so easy to access, locked door and locked porch gate so double secured. Host is responsive in a reasonable timely manner, friendly and easy to communicate with. The snack basket was especially a nice touch, so thank you!

This was my second time staying at Stafford’s place. It felt like home. The location was perfect as it is walking distance to everything. The bed and pillows are very comfortable which is hard to find! Whenever visiting Ocho Rios this is the place to stay. Stafford is also very attentive and easy to reach if needed. Unfortunately I probably won’t return until 2026, I look forward to it!!

I ended up checking in after midnight I felt so bad having to call and wake him up but he was still so nice and helpful. We did the walk through and the place was so clean and comfortable. We started enjoying the views and cool breeze right away. It was very relaxing and peaceful.

This is our second time at Kessone's place and we will be back again. This is a great place to stay, especially for longer trips. The space is immaculately clean and smells great, with a real kitchen, and lots of living space. Kessone is an amazing host who is always responsive and extremely helpful! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I stayed for 14 days and right from the beginning to the end we had our most amazing host Shaleema take care of our every need. Shaleema was so helpful, so kind, very attentive to our family. She helped us with our laundry to get the washer going when I couldn't figure it out. Shaleema gave us recommendations on places to see and enjoy in the area. We rented a car from her and she was very accommodating when we realized we needed it for a couple more days last minute. Shaleema was amazing with my 11 month old son and with my 3 other children that live there in Jamaica when they came to visit. Myself and family would definitely rent from Headley again and have already recommended to our family that live in Jamaica as well as my family in Canada (where I am from)The rental was so very spacious and free of clutter which was nice so my 11 month old didn't get into trouble (no need to baby proof). Thank you so very much to Headley for providing this rental to me and my family

The home is so cozy and the views are spectacular. Very comfortable and the house is equipped with everything. Had a beautiful time.

The host responded in a timely manner with any concerns I had. The place looks just like the photos and it was very close to all the hot spots in Ocho. I will definitely book again!

I stayed at Kameka’s place for 2 nights & it was great. Easy & fast check-in, 24hr security, clean property, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend her place & will be back!

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing peaceful and quite exactly what I needed. Very spacious and clean. Andre was right there anytime we needed him, finding the place was easy especially if you familiar with Ocho Rios. It honestly felt like home away from home. I honestly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to just relax there’s also a pool and a mini gym over looking Ocho Rios out into the ocean.

Kayon's place was absolutely beautiful. The area was very peaceful and the views were absolutely beautiful. The home itself was very nice. Everything was very clean and kayon was a wonderful host. She responds very fast and is super helpful. The overall stay was amazing I would definitely book again.

Was a quiet and beautiful place to stay. Not too fussy but simple and comfortable. its also nearby to a lot of attractions.

5 stars isn’t enough for this place!!! 🤩 The Airbnb was absolute perfection! 🏠✨ From the moment I booked, my host was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The space itself was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities you’d want. Plus, the location was prime - close to all the action but still quiet enough to relax. 📍 My host went above and beyond with little touches that made my stay feel extra special. Our stay at the condo was wonderful! Everything was exactly like we hoped for. We stayed the weekend in Ocho Rios for a friend’s wedding, and everywhere we needed to be was no more than a 10 min taxi ride from the condo. The views from the balcony was my favorite thing about the condo. I loved opening up the doors every morning and feeling the ocean breeze come through. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We loved being a short walk to mahogany beach next door. The host (Maxine) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, oceanfront getaway.

This location is as good as it gets. Everything is so close and the pictures just don't do the space justice. It was amazing

Michelle and Kerone were exceptional in their commitment and communication with me.The space is amazingly beautiful and it was so much better than I expected! I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

We had booked another place and it was horrible. So we booked Simone’s place last minute and it was effortless, easy access, the air conditioned work, place was clean, and walkable to so many different things. I will be staying here when I come again. We absolutely loved it, loved the decor. ❤️❤️

Overall great place to stay. View from the unit was great! You can see Ochi Beach! The location is the reason we booked, you are in a walkable area and can walk to restaurants, catch a taxi or if you have a personal car drive to nearby .attractions. We felt safe walking. If you politely say no to people they will leave you alone. My only reservation was after using warm water else where in the unit, the upstairs shower did not produce warm water, but for a short stay lukewarm/cold water is not a deal breaker. Will overall stay again at this unit.
