Gezellige flatje met terras in het groen. De gehele ruimte met privé badkamer is voor de gasten, is volledig gescheiden van de rest van het huis en de flat heeft een eigen ingang. De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Bakker, supermarkt, beenhouwer, restaurants en kroeg in de buurt. Welkom in Oelegem!

Appartement Cosy BoHo Deluxe ligt net buiten het centrum. Jacuzzi, 150inch cinemascherm, automatische verlichting, airco en een luxueuze inrichting. Stilte is vereist vermits er overal buren zijn. Na 22u is de jacuzzi verboden.Parkeren is gratis rond het gebouw.Privé parkeerplaats is te huur. De tram stopt voor de deur en brengt je op 6 min naar station Centraal. Very nice renovated and light appartement in a quiet neighborhood (‘Groenenhoek’) in Berchem. Close to the city centre (15 min by tram), tramstations at 300m. Close to the highway. Short walking distance from Antwerp Berchem train station. Parcs at walking distance. Extra information about the appartement: - Fully equipped open kitchen - Spacious living room area with a lot of natural light - Seperate toilet - 2 spacious bedrooms - Top floor of the building (second floor) with no elevator.

An absolutely wonderful and incredibly cozy Airbnb! The location of the apartment is perfect — right in the beautiful historic center, within walking distance of all the best spots and landmarks. At the same time, the apartment is extremely quiet, as it’s set within a courtyard rather than facing the street. The building is new, with a lovely entrance. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully prepared for a comfortable stay. Everything feels brand new, and the quality of the finishes and design is simply excellent. A particular highlight is the high, spacious ceilings and the stunningly large veranda. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa in the living room was also huge and cozy. Check-in was quick and easy, with clear and precise instructions. All in all, everything was perfect, and I’m sure we’ll be back to this wonderful Airbnb!

Sanne was extremely friendly and helpful, and her home was perfect, it was very clean and homey, comfortable, from the bedding to the kitchen. It smelled nice when we arrived, and she was super flexible with our check-in. There were multiple shops,pharmacies and restaurants in a few minutes walking distance too. It was really the best part of the trip!

Quiet and light appartment with private garden

Rustgevend, comfortabel en sfeervol appartement in een rustige straat. Fijne keuken, een goed bed, een fijne douche en zelfs een leuke tuin (met tafel en stoelen). We voelden ons hier meteen thuis, mede door de persoonlijke en prettige ontvangst. De communicatie met Koen en Karen was erg prettig. Ze reageren snel en zijn zeer hulpvaardig. Ze gaven ook goede tips voor in de buurt en de stad. Op de hoek van de straat staan fietsen van Vélo, waarmee je gemakkelijk de stad kunt verkennen. Naar het centrum lopen is ook prima te doen in ongeveer 25 minuten. We komen zeker terug!
