Situat la ultimul etaj al blocului, iesirea pe balcon asigura o priveliste panoramica asupra orasului. Apartamentul se afla la doar 2 statii de tramvai de centrul istoric al orasului, fiind foarte aproape de centrele comerciale.

I’m a local, small-time host who loves sharing my space with guests—this isn’t run by an agency, just me making sure you feel at home! 2 minutes away from the Bratianu Park. 10 minutes walk to the Aqua Park. 15 minutes uphill to the Ciuperca Restaurant (best view of the city). Dear Guest, We make you sure that this apartment offer you everything you need for a citybreak and for a business trip. It is suitable for couples or families. Lovely studio apartment with good location: very close to the City Center(15 min by foot and 5 min with car) and Lotus 2 Shopping Park (5 min by foot), Lidl Penny (3 min by foot). In the front of the house is a bus station, you can use very easy the common transport to reach every destination in the city.

The ground-floor apartment has a central location and is within walking distance of most significant landmarks. Built in early 1900, the house has a private courtyard and was recently renovated. It is suitable for up to 4 people. Bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Two bikes are available for guest use. Parking is free of charge on the street. We live in the house next-door, so feel free to ask us anything, we are glad to help out.

We spent a lovely weekend in this apartment! The location is excellent – very close to the city center, but in a quiet area. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen perfectly equipped for breakfast or light dinner. The host was extremely kind, attentive and prompt in communication. We felt like home and will definitely come back the next time we arrive in Oradea. Highly recommend!
