Aida is an absolutely brilliant host, provided food on arrival along with slippers, clean towels and fresh bedding. An extremely thoughtful host as she communicated with us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The flat is in a great location with great transport links to the city. Heather’s communication and preparation was excellent. The property was very clean and very nice indeed. The walk to Welwyn north station was less than 5 mins - then 22 mins into central London each day. Overall a strong recommendation from me and I would definitely stay again. Big thanks to Heather.
