The lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). There is a great little beach with a safe swimming enclosure, a boat ramp less than 2 km from the house, and has a small general store. Creek and estuary fishing is located close by and there is also easy access to the Barrier Reef & ‘Bunker Group’ for awesome fishing, diving, and boating.
