Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Borneo

Overall, it's very good. The house is very large. Extra beds can be added. There is enough air conditioning. The facilities are all there. The swimming pool is very clean. Although there was no water and electricity supply for one night due to the government's water and electricity restrictions, the owner generously compensated us. The replacement of supplies in the house was also very quick. It's worth a group of friends coming to stay.

We loved our stay here. Check-in and out was easy. The host was very friendly and responsive any time of the day and provided good recommendations for local restaurants. The house worked great for our large family. The large living room was great. The kitchen had utensils we needed to cook some of our own foods. The gated and fenced area outside was a nice bonus for parking the car in as well as for the kids to run around in. Everything was clean and in order and worked as it should. While there is no washing machine, there are a couple laundromats nearby (just a few minutes drive). We did laundry there and ate at a restaurant in the same complex. There’s also a nice sized supermarket within a few minutes’ drive. Overall, we’d highly recommend this place!

Great communication throughout, and a nice, large place to stay for a bigger group! We went diving from the boats that dock at the piers nearby, which were a ~10-15 min walk away, so the location is good for those who want to stay close to that area.

The host very responsive & the unit is worth the price. Perfect for two people. The room is clean. Sometimes you hear your neighbours talking but the host settles down the issues smoothly.

This was the best airbnb we had in Borneo. Host was very friendly and responded immediately. The outside doesn't look like much maybe, but it doesn't represent the appartment. It was clean and we felt at home. It's in a quiet building and having the free parking spot is perfect. We also appreciated the unlimited filtered water. Beds are reasonable comfortable (but that's from an European point of view). Highly recommend staying here.

Nice homestay to stay with family members, it feel like at home and easy accessible to all facilities (short driving distance) since the house location in the center of city.

We returned here after our successful Kinabalu hike, and it was the perfect place to rest and relax for a few days before heading back home to Kuala Lumpur. The house felt just as familiar—spotlessly clean, well‑equipped, and utterly comfortable. We have no regrets about coming back again!

It is within a 3-minute walk to the accommodation near Jesselton Point. There are many different amenities on the first floor, so there are a lot of tourists, but you can enjoy it comfortably even if you don't go.

As soon as you enter the door, you will feel warm. The whole room is tidy and clean. Outside the window, you can see the sea view of Kota Kinabalu. As a Chinese tourist, you can also use the Chinese standard sockets in each bedroom.📺 The TV also provides a Netflix account. There is nothing the host can't provide. Hehe (◍• ᴗ •◍). Easy to find with clear instruction, nice view, clean kitchen comes with cuckoo water dispenser which I was not expected. Comfortable bed. Just the bathroom a little outdated, but still clean and acceptable. Would definitely come again! Thank you!

Regarding the location according to our personal opinion it's very good because we want to go anywhere it's very easy and looking for breakfast and noon, the night is about 150 meters away. There's a lot of food, the house is enough for both of us and if you want three it's still ok, the host is quite good in our opinion and I thank you for jeslyn.

I have to say that this apartment is as nice as the photos and description, rarely have we found Air B&B accommodation in Malaysia matching up to the photos and description.
