Situated between Villefranche and Beaulieu. 15 min from Nice with Monaco close. Rothchild Gardens just a short walk away. Double bed in studio area and 1 single bed in separate room. 3 people max. ideal for couple or 2 friends travelling together. Pool and Cafe open in season. You can buy croissants and baguette in the mornings too! Parking! Tennis nearby.

Studio dans maison particulière.

Nous louons un petit studio avec accès indépendant, dans notre maison. Vous pourrez vous garer sur un parking au dessus de la propriété. Nous avons l'habitude de l’accès mais cela peut étonner voir rebuter lorsque l'on est pas de la région Mentonnaise (pente et escaliers en photos). Vous arriverez dans ce petit coin de paradis un peu reclus accueillit par une magnifique vue mer et notre affectueuse chienne "Joe" qui reste la gardienne des lieux, nous acceptons également votre animal.

Long ago this was a stable where rabbits and goats were kept - now it's a spendid apartment with vaulted ceilings, vintage furniture, stunning views, a cute balcony, a large fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom. It is a tranquil place where all you hear is the river down below, yet it's only a few steps to the village centre and the local bar. Clean and comfortable flat in the very historical center of Genoa. Every touristic attraction is within walking distance (aquarium, Palazzo Ducale, Palazzi dei Rolli, Strada Nuova Museums, touristic pier with ferries to Cinque Terre and Portofino, bar, pubs and restaurants etc). It is also very close (5 min on foot) to the opera house. The metro station is very close (perfect for guests coming to town by train) and car parking is available for a nominal fee.

This very special 1 bedroom is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Its location is undoubtedly the best. You won't have to walk up countless stairs like 99% of the other properties in the area. The location is actually better than 90% of properties located in Monaco.
