Our Swedish-style holiday home is located in a quiet residential settlement between the two city centers Upper and Downstairs. We offer you 1 small apartment for 1-3 persons. You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a small balcony. There are in the immediate vicinity shops, restaurants, etc. A swimming lake, a demonstration forest, campsite, golf course, indoor pool, outdoor pool, etc. can be found in the nearby area.

From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.
