Apartment holiday rentals in Borgo Maggiore

Location was fabulous. Just easy 10 minute walk to Porta San Francesco- the main gate into the historic UNESCO citti di San Marino. Near restaurants, parking lot #9, the famous Cliffside Trail….Everything. We stayed 3 days…..just parked the car, moved 100 meters to the apartment, checked out the beautiful mountain and valley view from the apartment balcony (great for sunset!), then headed to the UNESCO old town. And our host Andrea was great….giving us ideas for restaurants, local food, nearby places to visit, and great service. We would certainly stay again. But maybe 5-7 days San Marino is a great place to visit…..Come when they have a festival on.

Residence Riccardi is amazing place for staying in San Marino. The flat is in ground floor of family house with separate intrance and maximum privacy. Whole apartman was very tidy and clean with nice design thanks that you feel very comfortable and like a home. Pleasent surprise was delicious refreshment and sweets and also card for discount for tickets to towers and museum. Paola is very nice and positive woman who is ready to help you with anythink. Evening check-in wasn't problem. Thank you for nice staying in San Marino 🇨🇿🇸🇲

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

I had a lovely stay here for my short trip to San Marino! The place has a great view of the towers from below. I didn’t realize before booking that this is actually below the mountain, so either you have to walk up about 30 minutes to the city center or there’s a cable car nearby that is 3 euros one way (5 euros round trip). The place was easy to find and a short walk from the bus stop that brings you from Rimini, and it was exactly as described, clean, and tidy. Paola was wonderful - very communicative, proactive, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Paola!

So many amenities and yummy spots to eat nearby, it was impossible to do it all in a weekend. We greatly appreciated the recommendations! Where do we start? There is so much we can tell about our stay with Fabio at Villa Francesca and we are unspeakably grateful to have come across this gem, a relaxing oasis of tranquility, on the outskirts of the Republic of San Marinos and a wonderful person. After many years without a vacation, we spontaneously decided to take a road trip to Italy this summer. Since we are a family of four, we had many parameters for our stays. We were looking for a place that was supposed to provide us with a beautiful, breathtaking environment for hiking, but also close to the sea and the beach. Furthermore, the accommodation should allow us peace and quiet & guarantee a family atmosphere. Such an eclectic place seemed almost impossible, but only almost. Fabio and his villa are just such a place. For us, it was the perfect place to feel good and we all ❤️ left with a heavy heart.

I had a great stay. The apartment is super central, was very clean and was even cleaned after three days. From the balcony you have a beautiful view and the furnishings have everything you could wish for. The reception was very warm and helpful, a public parking lot is 2 minutes away from the apartment and they made a registration for me so that I could drive in and out at any time. I would take this apartment again in a heartbeat when I come to San Marino. Thank you for everything!!! 😃

Very lovely and spacious apartment, it’s a few minutes from the historic center. The apartment was both private and peaceful. Full of amenities and snacks, host was very polite and flexible with the timings. The views form the window was spectacular and will be a favourite for any country lover
