Overall, everything was great, and I highly recommend staying here!

Samir's place was very spacious, modern apartment and a convenient place to stay to visit London. Samir communicated eith we is throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok with the accommodation. We came to London to visit family and it was lovely to stay somewhere that also allowed dogs. We had a great experience staying at Javid’s place in London. The location was convenient, the space was clean and well-kept, and all the basic amenities were thoughtfully provided. Javid was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in smooth and stress-free though we reached late but he sent the extra keys through uber ,It was a comfortable base for exploring the city, and we’d definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The arrangement was as described, and we were very satisfied. Perfect for a London trip. The apartment facing the street was a bit noisy, which might bother sensitive people. But that's the only criticism, and it's due to the location. London isn't a small village ;-)

Coming in from out of the country, David and Asher were so helpful in getting us situated and settled in. They responded to any question within moments and were very easy to reach. We loved the apartment and the stay!!

We had a great stay at Vanessa's place - the location was ideal (peaceful but with easy access to Central London), the place itself was spacious and tidy, and even though we didn't meet in person, Vanessa made sure everything was clear for the self check-in and was very helpful via messages. We would definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back ourselves.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

Susie was incredibly respknsive and very helpful with local pub recommendations. She added a coffee brewer for we Americans. We enjoyed the conservatory immensely as well as the fireplaces! It was fun to be able to see her mother's successes as a trombone player. It was a peaceful and very safe area which we appreciated. Thanks!!

We stayed for over 2 months while working on a project - my husband, 15 month old baby and I. The house had everything needed for such a comfortable and homey stay. Bhavisha provided us with a cot and stairgate and was always so quick to respond if we had any questions or needs at any time of day which was appreciated. She and her husband are very kind, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house for a holiday stay in beautiful St Albans, for long terms stays with family or for work trips. It comfortably sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms (though I wouldn't recommend the top floor bedrooms for elderly or young children as it's a very steep stair). There can be a bitnof traffic noise in the front bedrooms (I think we were just a little unlucky with construction going on opposite) but the back bedrooms are very quiet. Walking distance to everything in St Albans and a safe street. We hope to return on our next project!

We were really glad to find a place like this for our stay. Great location, very close to the Airport. Marlon was friendly and made sure the house was clean and tidy for our arrival.

Nice,well laid out cottage.Clean, tidy, verycomfortable beds.peaceful locations with in easy walking distance to Liverpool cal shops and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped,although could do with a teapot. negatives: lack of nearby free parking.( Parking charges in local CP extortionate ) Decking out the back starting to go in places so only a question of time before someone goes through it. Otherwise would be a nice place to sit out on a sunny day.

Thank you so much for accommodating us last minute. It was super close to where we needed to be (Tottenham Hotspur Stadium) and the place had everything we needed and more. There was even bread, milk, water and eggs on arrival. Would definitely recommend and also the host allowed us to check out later which was much appreciate as we weren’t flying until 3pm.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie's beautiful apartment and were very impressed with the contemporary decor and modern furnishings. Everything was recently renovated, squeaky clean and surprisingly spacious. The location was perfect for our visits to the St A cathedral, museums and nearby restaurants. This was our first experience with a BNB where the "host" was not onsite, and being elderly and not tech-savvy, we might have been better off at the St Albans Travelodge at half the cost, but the accommodations wouldn't have been nearly as nice. Pro Tip 1: Do not attempt international travel unless you are sure your mobile phone will work correctly at your destination. Pro Tip 2: Nando's 15 meters east of the flat has free wifi. Pro Tip 3: The "synthetic" setting on the wash machine takes 3.5 hours but your clothes will be completely dry at the end of the cycle. The only negative is the array of trash bins surrounding the entrance but once up on the first floor they are out of sight.

The design feels modern with lots of touches that make a difference. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome great communication from the host And having a washer dryer in good Wi-Fi made it ideal for working from home. Great location for Harry Potter World, walkable from the apartment. Easy access to London via Watford train station. Lovely clean and bright apartment, accommodated a family of 4 comfortably with plenty of food options in the local area. I would highly recommend this property for the Harry potter tour and further London excursions.
