Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Super hyggelig hytte/sommerhus!

Velkommen til vores charmerende lille perle i Bork Hytteby. Sommerhuset har 4 sovepladser fordelt på 2 soverum. Terrassen er indhegnet. Det ligger ved siden af legepladsen og kun 10 minutters gang fra hyggelige Bork Havn, hvor der er indkøbsmuligheder. Der er 8 km til Vesterhavet. Området i og omkring Bork byder på bland andet: Legeland SeaWest Badeland Vikingemuseum Surfing Perfekt getaway el. Ferie for hele familen. Elforbrug afregnes separat (5,00 DKK/kWh) og opgøres via elmåler ved afrejse.

Dejlig Sommerhus tæt på skov og strand. El bil.

Privat bolig som danner rammen om et perfekt ophold. Husdyr er velkommen. Områdets absolut bedste beliggenhed. Her får du mest for pengene. Stor grund, som er helt privat p.g.a. den flotte placering og beplantning. Terrasser på 4 verdenshjørner. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til Vesterhavet og Legoland, men samtidig meget fredfyldt. her kommer du helt tæt på naturen. Her er alt udstyr til babyer og små børn. Gæster siger “bedre i virkeligheden end på billederne. El biler afregnes særskilt.

Nyd lyden af ro i denne familie-børnevenlige bolig, som rummer masser af aktiviteter udover normen til alle former for børn og voksne. Boligen er topsikret til småbørn, Her kan der være gratis hjemmedyrket frugter og æg fra egne høns til fri afbenyttelse. Grunden fører ned til en “stor” å, hvor fisk springer fra! Udover en fantastisk udsigt, med kort afstand til bade sø, dyrehave eller Legoland mm. Vil boligen her sikre den hyggelige stemning. Evt. Mulighed for leje af bil og cykler.
