In our lovely large basement apartment of about 90 m2, you get just a little extra for your money. There is a large, luxurious bathroom with a wellness shower. I've made the beds, and the towels are ready. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bedroom, entrance, large living room, and a room with two beds. The apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating and is located in the basement of the house. It is only 100 meters to Rema, 500 meters to the center of Ikast and 10 minutes by car to Herning.

Stay in a scenic location by Sunds Sø with direct access to the lake and a private beach – close to Herning's many activities. Sommerhuset is an obvious choice when you need to visit trade fairs, concerts, sporting events, or other events at MCH Messecenter Herning, Jyske Bank Boxen, and the area around Herning. After an eventful day, you can relax in the wilderness pool, enjoy the sunset from the outdoor living room, or gather around the campfire by the lake. Nearby, you'll find the restaurant Søgaarden, mini golf, and great walks along the lake.

Centrally located with free parking, and electric charging stations right in front of the house. Grocery store with bakery and delicatessen. Pizza on the same street. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors

Upon request, the possibility of bedding in the living room. One bedroom has a smart TV. In the living room dining area, sofa and monitor with Chromecast as well as DVD player. Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.
