The condo is absolutely immaculate. Spacious with all the amenities you could possibly need. Great location for a little getaway so close to Schweitzer Mountain and to downtown Sandpoint. Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again for a local getaway staycation!

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

Mike let my mom and I check in early, which was awesome. Thanks again, Mike. The place is spotless. It's new and it's nice. There's also good coffee available and multiple options to brew it. Nice neighborhood to walk. Close to the natural food store. Great place to stay.

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

Ruth’s place was perfect for our time spent in Sandpoint. The neighborhood was quiet and only a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to downtown. The place was clean and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake home. The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking, plenty of games for the family, and the most incredible patio area. The home was extremely clean and tidy but felt so comfortable for our family. The lake is quite a walk away and we chose to drive down to the walking path each time we wanted to access the dock. We hope to be back again to create many more family memories.

This was our second visit to this beautiful home, and won't be our last! So much space and room for our family to enjoy time together, and make memories! Don't pass up this amazing home if you enjoy peace and quiet, cleanliness, and amazing hosts!

We didn't spend much time at our cabin, but it was very peaceful with friendly and helpful neighbors. The across the street neighbor brought over information on Bayview, and gave us a couple of very helpful recommendations on things to do. We were in town for a graduation, and this cabin provided the perfect peaceful retreat after busy days. The moonlight lake and mountain views were postcard perfect. Be aware that the sign for the street was behind tree branches, and totally hidden at night. We had airline travel delays, which caused us to be eight hours late, arriving the next day. It was much easier to find. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Bayview. The kitchen seemed well stocked, lots of board games, and young children's toys. The master bedroom was very comfortable for sleeping. We were very pleased with this cabin and look forward to future stays.

The hot tub was delightful and perfectly situated to maximize the amazing views seen from all over the house. We even enjoyed the deck chairs on a sunny winter day. Inside, the separately controlled thermostats did not go unnoticed by me (hot mama.)😉. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, especially things like crockpot, oil, sugar, flour and ziplock bags. My daughter in law the awesome cook, especially loved the spices. A 2 cup liquid measuring cup and a water pitcher would make kitchen perfect in my opinion. The recent remodeling was lovely. The bedrooms are large enough to get around with suitcases, etc. The laundry room, hallway and pantry provided plenty of space to spread out and organize Christmas gifts, etc. Extra space is a rare commodity in most rentals. The beds were all very comfy. The remodeled bathrooms sparkled and we loved the higher vanities. An extra towel bar/ring by the sinks and a robe hook would be useful and I'm certain on the "to do " list since remodeling

We loved this BnB. It's in a planned community think planned trails, amenities etc. Most of the other homes are rentals as well. It's quiet and clean. My toddlers loved the nature trail, beach, dock, beach toys and ample bike riding trails. The house encompasses everything about north idaho lake life that I love. The house is in great condition. It's well stocked and the appliances are all very nice. We hope to be back again.

Emily and Greg were fantastic hosts, and their Airbnb was truly one of the best and most thoughtfully designed places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care they put into every detail of the space. They were also incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and downtown shopping. Super convenient and easy to explore the area without needing a car. The amenities were a highlight. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat, and the home was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had a really welcoming feel. There truly weren’t any downsides. I felt completely at home and relaxed the entire time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Nathan's cabin was relaxing and clean! We really enjoyed our stay and loved that it was close to town. We hope to return in the future!

We could tell that Robert and Ellen went to work for us. We had everything we needed and then some. They are thorough, detail oriented and very pleasant to interact with. Splitting the cost with a couple of good friends made it reasonable. First morning saw an owl out of the window out from the porch in the trees. Firs night saw a huge bull moose right under the porch. Looked like he thought it was as his home. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

A really cozy and well-equipped place within easy walking distance of town. The pool is right outside and there’s a partial view of the lake. We’d love to come back!

My husband and I stayed here while on work in the area for 18 weeks. It was a nice area with great walking trails and beautiful views. Close to town with lots of food and shopping options. Laura was very helpful and a great host. Very comfortable place. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book here again when in the area.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

The view from the decks of Lake Pend Oreille was beautiful and it was quiet and serene. The electronic keypad on the front door was not working well so we had some trouble getting into the house. Connie and Steve were quick to respond and we were eventually able to get back inside. Hopefully the keypad will be fixed or replaced so that this will not be a problem in the future. Other than this one inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Great place for our stay to visit family. Clean and comfortable for 4 people. We cooked breakfast each day for most of our stay. We appreciated the laundry after being on the road for over a week to reach Idaho! Drove to Clark Fork to visit the Pantry. Also drove to Sandpoint for shopping, breweries, and the beach.

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.

We had a great stay at James's place! Such thoughtful amenities that were perfect for our family and our planned activities. The location was very convenient and easy to find, and James as a very responsive communicator.

It faces the old powerhouse on the bay— A perfect scene to start your day. Paula’s a pro, she runs it tight. Everything’s handled, everything’s right. No nonsense. No stress. A host you can trust, Responsive, respectful, and incredibly just. We stayed a while, and left with a grin— Didn’t want to leave once we’d settled in. Highly recommend it—don’t hesitate. This is the kind of place that makes vacations great.
