Everything was wonderful! Perfect for hosting our family reunion. The best location in town. The backyard was perfect for kids to run around and everyone to gather. Lots of games, bikes, and amenities for all to enjoy. Thanks, Paula!

The hot tub was delightful and perfectly situated to maximize the amazing views seen from all over the house. We even enjoyed the deck chairs on a sunny winter day. Inside, the separately controlled thermostats did not go unnoticed by me (hot mama.)😉. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, especially things like crockpot, oil, sugar, flour and ziplock bags. My daughter in law the awesome cook, especially loved the spices. A 2 cup liquid measuring cup and a water pitcher would make kitchen perfect in my opinion. The recent remodeling was lovely. The bedrooms are large enough to get around with suitcases, etc. The laundry room, hallway and pantry provided plenty of space to spread out and organize Christmas gifts, etc. Extra space is a rare commodity in most rentals. The beds were all very comfy. The remodeled bathrooms sparkled and we loved the higher vanities. An extra towel bar/ring by the sinks and a robe hook would be useful and I'm certain on the "to do " list since remodeling

Joey was a wonderful host. He communicated and provided amenities. We enjoyed being at the base of Schweitzer Mountain with the beautiful scenery and hope to return soon! Thank you

This place is rad. Very quiet setting with stunning views. The cabin has been recently and beautifully remodeled top to bottom. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils we needed to eat in for almost 3 days, and had quite a few spices as well. We spent a ton of time outside on the gorgeous decks and in the surrounding woods. The host was super responsive and helpful with the questions we had - it never took more than 15 minutes to hear back and often was much faster than that! We'll definitely look to return when we need another getaway.

Nathan’s house was just as described. A nice secluded house but also just a few minutes from town. He was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This was our second year staying here for our ski trip to Sandpoint and it’s the perfect place! We love that there is a pack n play along with coloring books and games for our daughter. Can’t wait to come back

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

Me and my family have been in transition moving from 1000 miles away and needed a comfortable place to stay for a couple months. Nancy has been so accommodating and easy to work with. Especially because we have small dogs. I love the area surrounding this lovely home. It is heaven on earth! So worth staying here. Please be respectful to the septic system. Great place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, great restaurant (Dish) less than a minute walk away, and a short drive to countless other excellent dining options. Tons of walking trails around the lake and plenty to do in the water too. About 25 minute drive to Silverwood. The cottage was clean and everything we needed was magically right where it was supposed to be. Already planning our next trip out for more time on the lake and fun in the sun!

We absolutely love staying at Dover bay. Check in was easy and the host was so kind. There was a welcome basket with items for my dog which was so thoughtful. The house was spotless and has a great view of the lake. We loved the walking trails and the park

Highly recommend for single traveler or possible couple. Studio style. This place was a super peaceful getaway. Great location. Clean amenities. About 10 minutes from main town. About 30 minutes from ski resort parking. Responsive and helpful host. Hot tub, pool, and gym opened late morning (I believe 10:00am) and closed at 7:00pm. Would be nice if the hours were wider, but other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

My husband and I loved our stay at Lynda's place! She was friendly, accommodating and the best communicator. Everything was as described. With all that's offered in her safe private community, you feel like you're in a resort. Community Pool and Hot Tub, access to the beautiful Lake and lots of paved areas for a long walk. The town of Sandpoint is so relaxing and peaceful with lots to explore there, as well as surrounding areas. Wonderful visit!

Hi there enjoyed our stay again. Love the resort, location amenities, view restaurant We will continue to book the cabin in the future. Would be nice to have a dishwasher but not a hindrance to staying here.

Very quiet bungalow with easy access to the water, parks, restaurants. It’s set back from the water with a row of others bungalows between. We, and or pup, were very comfortable. Property is very clean and well maintained. Owner was easy and quick to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were very active on some days and just relaxed in the cabin on others. Loved it.!

Adorable fairytale cabin near owners home. Nice outdoor sitting area. If you’re a light sleeper like me, be aware that there are train tracks nearby and trains start at 3am and go every 20 mins from then on. Comfy and super cute.

The view from the decks of Lake Pend Oreille was beautiful and it was quiet and serene. The electronic keypad on the front door was not working well so we had some trouble getting into the house. Connie and Steve were quick to respond and we were eventually able to get back inside. Hopefully the keypad will be fixed or replaced so that this will not be a problem in the future. Other than this one inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

The minute we walked in, we knew we had made the perfect choice. It was clean, warm and inviting, and we had everything we needed. Perfect getaway in a beautiful place close to town but tucked away in the trees.

This has become our annual stay every summer when we come to Silverwood! Brielle is such a great host and her tiny home has everything we need to feel right at home. My kids especially love the loft (and the smores)! Such a great, easy experience every time. We’ll definitely be back next summer!

Daniel's place was just what we needed. Clean, quiet, and the bed is comfortable. Nice shower too! The host was very helpful when we needed to get an iced cooler one day. There were also some toys to play with when our granddaughter came over for a couple hours to visit. Overall a great experience.

Ruth’s place was perfect for our time spent in Sandpoint. The neighborhood was quiet and only a 10-15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to downtown. The place was clean and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.
