Alex's place is a comfortable, accessible, safe and modern apartment, with everything you might need, short and long stays alike. The surroundings make it peaceful and the walk along the Rhine is beautiful. Restaurants near by and easy to get downtown Bonn. This is a perfect place to enjoy all that the region can offer. Alex was friendly and helpful. This is a place to come back to!

Philipp and his family enchanted us with the wonderful accommodation. We enjoyed the peace and the Rhine in the spacious apartment and on the huge terrace. Nothing was missing and we'd love to come back. :)

What an amazing house. It is often so quiet and if you hear anything, it is birds. Rest and nature was all we were looking for. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the deer. We were lucky that there were young deer :) House was spotless and lovingly decorated

Beautiful view of the Rhine in a quiet, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Very good instructions in how to access and use the pristine apartment. Comfortable bed. Parking spot provided in underground garage. Has so many nice features, including dish washer and washer/dryer, and heat pump.

Great apartment, tastefully decorated, large bedroom, very comfortable beds. It is right next to the Beethovenhalle and a few steps from the Rhine promenade. Just around the corner, there is a cozy beer garden and a great Italian restaurant. Maybe a ground floor apartment takes some getting used to, but we knew that beforehand, the location makes up for it. We felt very comfortable.

A very nice place and an open, hospitable host. You can feel that the host takes care of the apartment and the house with love and care. Satisfaction on both sides is important to him :-).

We had a wonderful time at Michael's house. We lacked nothing and we felt at home. We'd come back anytime.

Beautifull house on a very nice location. We stayed with 4, enough space for everone. One point that could be improved: one bathroom including one toilet available for the whole house is a bit small, certainly for larger groups. A second bathroom seems to be in development so this might be solved shortly. Contact with Ben was perfect, quick response, flexible on a few requests and very friendly.

By far the cleanest accommodation we've been in. And the little ones were also thought of - there were water bottles and snacks to welcome them. Thank you! Perfect for the stay in Phantasialand.

Beautiful stay with all the comforts. We have been able to pool, cook and barbecue outside. From the cottage you can take beautiful walks. We also walked in the nearby Siebengebirge. Very cool! Thank you

We felt right at home in the house. The three floors offer a beautiful separation of the different areas of life. The kitchen had everything the amateur chef and baker's heart desired - except for a freezer compartment. The bed is very comfortable and even in the heat under the roof it was pleasantly cool. Everything is wonderfully bright and there are shutters everywhere. The many plants also made me feel right at home. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus. Lidl is just 5 minutes away by car. For the dog, the surrounding fields were great, as well as the terrace. We were very happy about the goodies. The tranquility was wonderful. Parking was always good, even with two cars. Because I hadn't read the description carefully, I was surprised at first by the quails and chickens in the yard and garden, but they didn't bother me at all. 😅 Everything was very straightforward and the answers were always very quick. We'll be back!🙌?

A great beautiful village with many small cozy restaurants. (Spanish, Italian, Greek, India) But also delicious German food at the Strunzerbrunnen. All very affordable compared to the Netherlands! It is advisable to book in advance on weekends or public holidays. Good time 18:30. We were 5 people. a great house with a toilet and bathroom on each floor on the first and second floor. Sitting cozily in the garden. TV with many channels. Comfortable! Edeka around the corner and great real baker Die Lohners. We visited Drachenburg and Drachenfels on foot, but you can also take the train from Koningswinter. Big city Koblenz is 40 km away, and Bonn is also nearby. There is always something for everyone. We had a wonderful weekend with the children. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is beautifully furnished and we lacked nothing. Communication was straightforward and our questions were answered quickly and competently. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area, free parking is available right outside the door and you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket. Cologne is very easy to reach. The next visit is already booked. Thank you both!

A spacious and very well-equipped apartment with a great view of the Biggesee. The very beautiful surroundings invite you to various outdoor activities, and new views of the lake and the landscape can always be discovered. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful in her communication. An absolute recommendation for a little break!

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Apartment faithful to the description and located in a quiet residence. A shop is nearby. And the hostess is very responsive. I would recommned this property

Wow, what a location this was! We left our previous b&b early due to noise pollution, so we booked this at the last minute. And what an oasis of peace this was! Beautiful, modern and large house. More spacious than our home. I would expect this living space and kitchen in a 6-8 person cottage. Nice and cool, ideal that the entire cottage can be darkened with shutters. Luxurious bathroom. And then that beautiful spacious green private garden with several seating areas. What a pity we could only stay here so briefly, would have liked to stay longer! The only downside is that there is only 1 bedroom, so daughter slept in the room with us. In terms of space, an extra room could easily have been created. It's nice that a crate was a duplo. And even a laundry room. Many windows/light so you can enjoy the beautiful view everywhere and enter the garden through the sliding door. Nice playground nearby. Friendly host, responds quickly to messages.

The apartment was clean and well located. We felt comfortable and there was nothing missing. We were very pleased with the amenities. We use the apartment to be near the Nürburgring. Actually, this is 20 minutes away, due to a major event some streets were closed. However, it was not a problem, the travel time is extended by about 30 minutes.
