As San Diego natives who have scattered across the US over the past couple of years, we were happy to find such a beautiful and reasonably priced home in our old stomping grounds. First and foremost, the view is amazing! It was so calming to stand out on the deck or sit in the sunroom and just take it all in. Moreover, the home was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities, and the hot tub was quite the added bonus. The only issue we had was the tv in the front living room did not have a working remote, despite us buying batteries and replacing them, but it wasn’t a big deal. They also were responsive when we mentioned it and tried to help us troubleshoot. Overall, when we come back for a visit, we will definitely look first to see if this home is available before we even consider booking anyplace else.

Our stay at Natalie's home was wonderful. The pictures accurately demonstrated how everything looked, and it was clean and inviting. It was a tiny bit confusing when we first arrived as our GPS took us to the house next door, but I looked at the photos and realized it was the house right next door. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the personal driveway was perfect for parking our rental car. Natalie was very communicative throughout the process when I had questions before and during our stay. We had 5 guests and all were comfortable in their rooms and/or living room (where the pull-out couch was). Natalie went above and beyond by providing a few snacks and drinks in the fridge which is entirely unnecessary but so much appreciated after a long day of travel. We were also able to use the washer/dryer in the unit, but be warned the dryer buzzer is very loud even with the door shut (you'll probably want to use it during waking hours). Wonderful stay and home!

This home was an amazing place for our family vacation! It was so well stocked, clean, cozy, the backyard was incredible, and the location couldn't be beat. Our kids especially loved the toys and activities that were provided. Everyone was raving that this has been our best Air BnB purchase yet. On top of all that, our hosts were extremely quick to respond to any inquiries and so helpful and accommodating. From early check-in, to helpful recommendations, they were great and we would highly recommend and stay again!

Elizabeth was friendly and her place was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick stay or a week or two here you won’t be disappointed. Animal friendly as well! Nice neighborhood. We will comeback!

Great place to chill and still be close to restaurants and freeways.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonita home. The space was impeccably clean, and the host was very responsive to our needs. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the helpful local recommendations. The property was as described, and we enjoyed the view, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again, if we have the opportunity.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The private parking is Tijuana is always a huge plus! The space itself was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. With the tortilleria a block away we were able to have a quick tasty snack without needing to venture into the city. We will be back sooner than you know it!

Great Place to Stay if you’re looking for something local to DT Tijuana or the Border area for Medical needs. Space was beautiful but didn’t look like the images so that changed our stay a bit based on what we were expecting. The building amenities were great totally worth it. The parking space was perfect, thank you for that. My mind was at peace knowing my Tesla was safe during my stay. Cleaners came at 11am on the Dot so be sure to be checked out on time. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the condo and it was a fun vibe to be in. Also the area had a quant aura that made the drives very pleasant. Thank you for your great service 💯

This unit is quite lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a downstairs unit with a parking space. Super cute. Backyard patio is so peaceful and best enjoyed with a croissant, cup of coffee, and a book. BTW, great coffee in walking distance. Location, location, location. Great neighborhood in University Heights. Park and stores nearby. Not the big box ones, but the local owned restaurants and shops. We needed milk for coffee at 8 p.m. So we just walked down to the "liquor store" at the corner. Convenient, safe, and quick. If you want T**get or the mall (Fashion Valley), they are a 10-15 min drive away. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, soap, laundry, pots/pans, dishes, kcups/keurig, smart TV, etc. There were visitors upstairs that we could hear periodically, but they went to bed at a reasonable hour, so no problem there. Kevin and Tony were pleasant to work with and responded to a question within 5 min.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again.
