Holiday rentals with a patio in Bondy

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

Heerlijk verblijf niet ver van Disney, was aan te lopen, maar ook met de metro goed te doen. Tuin buiten was ook perfect, ook voor de kinderen. Veel restaurants, winkels in de nette omgeving. Zeer de moeite waard en aan te bevelen.

Adoramos a nossa estadia. Apesar de ficarmos pouco tempo, pois passámos a maior parte do dia na Disney, quando chegávamos encontrávamos um local agradável e calmo para descansar mais uma noite. O banho era ótimo com bastante pressão no chuveiro. A limpeza estava excelente e quando precisei de dicas o anfitrião logo me respondia prontamente. muito próximo de uma paragem de autocarro et voilá, em dez minutos estávamos na Disney. Localização num bairro calmo e seguro. Se voltarmos, com certeza este alojamento será a nossa escolha. obrigada!

Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s apartment. It is lovely, bright, and I felt right at home. It is close to the metro and you can easily get around. The neighborhood is so nice to be in…I especially liked walking through the Promenade Pereire , which is just a block away, with its beautiful flowers ( and children playing). A bakery and Carrefour are very near the apartment. Jacqueline is a kind, caring host- available for any questions. I’d happily stay there again!

un très bon séjour pour profiter du parc Astérix en famille.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

The apartment was amazing! Located in a peaceful area but with very quick and convenient access to Paris – it only took a fifteen minutes to get to the city center. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, perfect for both short and long stays. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide advice on what to see in the area. We felt truly welcomed. This place definitely deserves the highest rating! I recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to Paris but also enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a great stay with Anissa and her lovely family. They were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to planning our evening activities. We also really enjoyed the delicious coffee! Would definitely stay again.

Lors de notre venue pour le Parc Astérix, nous avons séjourné à 4 dans le logement de Siham. Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La piscine est un petit plus, au top. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant du bourg. Siham a été réactive à nos messages. Un grand merci !

La maison d’Hanina est très bien placée, nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit, mais l’environnement est très calme et agréable…

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Le logement est très bien placé : rer à proximité, bords de Marne. L’appartement est bien agencé, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires : lave linge, sèche linge, ustensiles de cuisine etc Et les hôtes sont charmants et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci pour tout !

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en París. Aunque la casa está lejos de la ciudad, el metro está muy cerca y muy bien comunicado. La casa es muy agradable y tranquila. Cerca hay comercios y locales para comer o cenar. La comunicación con Yasmina ha sido siempre rápida y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado.
