Nice place, likes the fact there is a doorman 24/7, so you feel safe whatever time you come or leave. parking space available and always someone to open the gate. the appart was great with nice Air conditioning. The appartment has double door, so very secure. Everything was available in the appart to live a home like life.

You must add tips option for the guest to give their appreciation to the host. This host was one a way above of my expectations. The service ,and communication went really good. The special service minded was excellent, extra service at the premise like. Car rental, pick up and drop off from airport and everywhere in the city at any time. With possibility to rent for private travel outside the city. I could get a service laundry and as well some effordable price for food and others. Unfortunately I had to leave the city more early than I was planning, but for sure I will be returning there. Thank you Yannick, keep doing a great job

Conforme à la déscription, en france un logement comme celui ci vaut 3 à 4 fois plus chère. Cyrille répond très rapidement si besoin de le contacter, femme de menage et guardien très présent besoin. Je compte y retourner

appartement confortable et calme. les équipements sont bien, il manquerait peut être une machine a laver mais rien de grave la piscine est peu fréquentée donc très bien pour en profiter la résidence est bien sécurisée avec un gardien de nuit Terry est réactive et répond très rapidement aux questions je recommande chaleureusement

The apartment is beautiful. What I call understated elegance. Sabine and her family are great hosts, very responsive, and attentive to details. It is as described, hot water, AC, Washing Machine, Internet, Cable all there as described. The personnel is warm and friendly. The neighborhood is calm. We were there for 24 days during the holiday season and there was only one really loud party, but we couldn't even hear it from inside the apartment. And by the way NOT ONE SINGLE POWER OUTAGE. Not once did we lose power. NOT ONE SINGLE WATER OUTAGE. Not once did we not have water. If you care about those kinda things, you will be in good hands. For those who like pools, there is a pool; it comes in very handy after a sweaty day in the Douala heat. Once a week, a cleaning crew came in to clean the apartment as well. That was pretty cool. They come in Tuesday or Thursday; you decide which day works for you, but you have to be on premise. They were very courteous and friendly. The location says Bonapriso, it's really New Bell, but fear not, the neighborhood is safe and there is 24 hours security on the premise. You won't even be able to tell. The good thing is you can also walk to any of the hot spots in Bonapriso. I did my grocery shopping at Casino, it's a 10 minute walk. There are a bunch of bars, cabarets, and clubs, and restaurants (Le Senat, Opium, Havana Room, XO...) in bonapriso, from the apartment, you're close to all of them, if you want to walk (I prefer to walk). When we were there, they were building a paved road, and as of January 13th they're still building that road. The apartments are a little walk away from the main street, which would be Rue Koloko or the next block over Rue Njo Njo, but we didn't have any issues walking there day or night. The only thing is, it is Douala and it is VERY VERY VERY HOT, so be prepared (I walked around with a towel because I sweat so much). At night there are a bunch of security guards there manning the different homes in the neighborhood, and during the day a bunch of construction workers are building the road. They were very friendly and even funny. Overall we had an amazing stay at T-residence. It is a place that I highly recommend and I'll probably stay at again when coming to Douala.
