The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. The property is quiet, in the countryside, a 10-minute walk from Lake Guerlédan, in central Brittany, 1 hour from all the Breton coasts. It consists of 3 old buildings around a courtyard and in a large wooded lot. The dwelling house and the former stable have kept their original simplicity. They can each accommodate 6 people. The living room of the stable allows you to eat at 12. The old stable is converted into a games room and storage of bicycles and outdoor games.
