This small, newly renovated and modern apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Bad Fallingbostel. From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

Living on an old farm

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Domicile for relaxation

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

After a day in the amusement parks, simply relax in your own garden. Just 7 minutes to Vogelpark Walsrode, 25 minutes to Heidepark Soltau and Serengeti Park. Children are always welcome. From the vacation home, you can walk to the beautiful forest in 5 minutes for a great walk and to the Bomlitz forest pool in 10 minutes. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Tiny Zimmer

Es ist ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem Hochbett und einem zusätzlichen Klappbett. Das Bad ist in einem Extra Gebäude . ( Wie auf einem Campingplatz) Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher , Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden . Ein kleiner Schreibtisch der auch zum Frühstücken dient jedoch nur für eine Person .Grundsätzlich ist es eh nur für eine Person geeignet.

The apartment is quietly located. You can reach hiking trails, Nordic walking or jogging routes or the outdoor pool in minutes. The lovingly furnished apartment offers space for 3 people and invites you to feel good. The Lieth Forest starts after about 2 minutes on foot. Shopping and the tourist information are within walking distance.

This 32 sqm apartment is located in the heart of Bergen. It is 25 km to Celle and Soltau. Shopping : Netto, Lidl, Aldi, e Center, Kaufland, bakery and butcher are within walking distance. I'd also like to hire fitters. This apartment is in the FRONT HOUSE and it is an old half-timbered house !
