Nice little house, with everything you need nearby (shop, beach, restaurant, etc...). Great gateaway place from the city, we really enjoyed our stay here

Es war unser zweiter Sommer, von dem wir eine sehr entspannte Zeit im Haus und Garten von Giuliana und Stefano verbracht haben, was eigentlich schon genug aussagt darüber, wie es uns hier gefällt. Die beiden sind freundliche, sehr diskrete Gastgeber, so dass man sich selbst dann, wenn sie auf dem riesigen Grundstück mal anwesend sind, um sich um ihre Nutzpflanzen zu kümmern, kaum etwas davon mitbekommt. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Alleinlage an einem sanften Hang oberhalb vom Bolsenasee und unterhalb von Montefascione, und bis auf die Wochenenden, wenn verstärkter Verkehr auf der am Grundstück vorbeiführenden Straße zum See herrscht, ist es überwiegend sehr ruhig hier, was uns eine wirklich tolle und entspannte Zeit beschert hat.

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern und unserem Hund für eine Woche in Guidos Unterkunft . Sie liegt etwas höher gelegen nicht weit von einem Großen See entfernt , den man vom Garten aus betrachten kann. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt . Der Pool ist nochmals separat eingezäunt, was es für unsere Kinder sehr sicher gemacht hat, da 2 unserer Kinder noch nicht schwimmen konnten :-) Überall stehen wundervolle Olivenbäume und in Guidos Garten steht der größte Baum . Nebenbei bemerkt bekommt man bei Guido auch eines der besten Oliven Öle aus eigener Produktion ! Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe , ist sehr gepflegt , wie auch die komplette Anlage und auf den liegen bekommt man den ganzen Tag Sonne ab :-) Die kürzeste Entfernung zum Meer mit wundervollem Sandstrand beträgt ca 45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen der einen Ort zum abschalten sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte , es war ein toller Urlaub ! :-)

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casina di Tiro ed è stata una gran bella esperienza. La prima sera è finita la bombola del gas, non solo Giuseppe si è precipitato a sostituirla, ma ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Che dire? Crediamo che non avremmo potuto trovare un host migliore.

Ottima struttura, curata nei dettagli. Deliziosi gli alloggi, pratici e confortevoli, con vista diretta sulla piscina, grande e ben tenuta. Maurizio è un host disponibile e gentilissimo. Posizione strategica al confine fra Toscana e Umbria, così da poter organizzare gite in borghi di entrambe le regioni. Vicinissimo al Lago Trasimeno, anch'esso meritevole di essere visitato. One of the cutest Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! Beautiful inside and out - the view from the white table outside is incredible - it is absolutely bliss to look out on when you're having a morning coffee or evening wine! Sabrina was a wonderful host, who gave excellent directions to meet her and get to the apartment, and there was a lovely gift basket of snacks and wine, which was much appreciated after a long day of train and bus travel :) We would 100% recommend staying here if you're visiting Orvieto. Grazie mille Sabrina!

Più che country-house si dovrebbe chiamare country-home perché è questo l'effetto che si ha soggiornandoci. La piscina è davvero grande e pulitissima ed essenziale al rientro dalle lunghe visite dei borghi meravigliosi che vi sono attorno. Ma ancor più della piscina, quello che ci è piaciuto è proprio la casa stessa, con un giardino bellissimo, un patio dove cenare e fare tante letture, il tutto curato in tantissimi dettagli e con molto gusto dal proprietario. Essendo un rustico di campagna la casa era davvero fresca anche per una settimana caldissima di agosto. Ottima posizione per visitare sia l'Umbria che la Toscana. Ci torneremo.

Posto stupendo in mezzo alla natura, silenzioso e rilassante. Si sente solo il rumore degli uccelli e della calma intorno. La casa è super comoda, c’è tutto quello che serve. I host sono stati davvero gentili, rispettosi e super amichevoli. È il posto perfetto per staccare e stare bene.

Prachtig oud pand en stijlvol ingericht. Alles was aanwezig en we hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad. Superleuk contact met alle buren ook! En we vielen zomaar binnen in een middeleeuws feest, helemaal geweldig!!! Wij komen graag terug.

The apartment is very nice, clean, well-equipped, and located in the centre of Montepulciano (with possibilities to have breakfast nearby). We would definitely recommend it!

This is a beautiful apartment with lots of space and nice touches. It was perfect for my family of 3! It is located in a very nice area - a short and easy walk to both the lake and to the center of town. Renato was such a kind host! We were very late leaving Rome (delayed luggage and car rental issues) but he was very patient and understanding of our late night arrival. He even had things to make sandwiches as well as milk for our young child ready so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Very very sweet! We would love to come back sometime!

Questo è un posto magico ed estremamente romantico. Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage per tre notti ed è stato un weekend lungo meraviglioso. Ideale per coppie ma anche per famiglie dato che nei dintorni ci sono molti prati dove poter fare pic-nic o giocare coi bimbi. Roberto è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, molto probabilmente in futuro torneremo. Super raccomandato

pros: Lovely place in a secluded and peaceful area. the patio and yard are especially beautiful. Antonella was a gracious host. a minor con: the keys to the front door are a little hard to use- you have to turn them three times to the left and then a little further to open the door.

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Große Freiheit, dank Zaun, für unseren Hund, Sonne, Pool und alles was man braucht für uns! Wer die Ruhe in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Vielen lieben Dank an Andrea und Barbara, ganz entzückende und aufmerksame Gastgeber! 💕

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich an einer super ruhigen Lage direkt am See. Mit einem riesigen Garten ist dies der perfekte Ort zum entspannen. Das haus ist schön rustikal gehalten und top ausgestattet. Preis / Leistung ist hier wirklich top!

Diederik en Martine zijn heel aangename hosts! Geen vraag is hun teveel en heel snel krijg je antwoord. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied waar het rustig en stil verblijven is. Wie graag 's avonds nog café's of bars wil bezoeken moet de wagen nemen want in de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig te beleven. Wél kan je wat hoger de berg oprijden en iets lekker eten bij La Baita di Montarale. De Italiaanse uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Aanrader! In de woning is alle comfort aanwezig: gasvuur,vaatwasser,koelkast met vriesvak, douche,bad,beddengoed,zelfs zeep en shampoo! Buiten kan je gebruik maken van de BBQ, de gezellige zitplaats én niet te vergeten het zwembad. Wekelijks komt iemand langs voor onderhoud. Natuurgebied dus ook heel wat dieren en kriebelbeestjes (insecten). Dagelijks hebben we schorpioentjes gespot (die ook wel al eens binnenshuis opdoken) wat eerst wat schrikken was maar uiteindelijk wel went...ze zijn onschuldig en nuttig. Wij hebben in elk geval genoten van onze vakantie in Casa Lavanda!!

Lucia is an incredibly caring host, and Pam, who looked after our stay, was a real treasure. She not only provided excellent recommendations on places to visit but also took care of reservations, ensuring we had nothing to worry about. This was not just an ordinary stay; it was a unique experience. We had the opportunity to participate in an olive oil tasting and a cooking class—both activities left an indelible impression. The villa we stayed in was not only stunningly beautiful but also boasted an impressive wine cellar with an extraordinary collection. Overall, our stay at Fontanaro villa exceeded all expectations. It was more than just accommodation—it was an experience we will never forget.
