Magical place by the water!

Welcome to rent our fantastic cottage right on the water. On the plot there are two cottages. Cottage 1: Main building with living room, TV, fireplace, bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and microwave. A single bed as well as a double bed in the sleeping loft and a single bed in the living room. Cottage 2: A sofa bed and a bunk bed. Sauna, shower and toilet. Fridge, freezer, washing machine and exercise equipment. On the plot there is a large terrace, a smaller terrace, its own jetty and fireplace. Greetings Emir and Sofia

Comfortable and spacious house with permanent standard in the cozy village Undersvik outside Järvsö, 3.5 hours with a car from Stockholm. Lovely views over Ljusnan and the farmland around. Child-friendly plot. Large trampoline, ping-pong table, outdoor toys, hammock available in summer. Snow mattresses, sleds, kicks, etc. in winter. Most outdoor seating areas with sun all day summertime as well as a charcoal grill. Fiber. Cozy lodge with bar, darts, long table, etc. Possibility of wood-fired sauna for extra rent supplements.

The "Little House" is located in Arbrå on the eastern side of the River Ljusnan. A detached house on our property where we also live. The house is carefully and charmingly renovated. Proximity to nature, 5 minutes walking distance to swimming in Ljusnan, 20 minutes walk to the city center, 15 minutes walk to Arbrå swimming pool and sports hall, 10 minutes drive to Orbaden spa and “ Hälsingland Riviera”, 35 minutes drive to Järvsö with skiing and cycling. Bollnäs is 20 minutes away by car .
