Cecile and her husband were very welcoming. We had a great stay in their charming home and they were very considerate in all aspects. The only downside is that the rooms overlook a very busy street and in hot weather, it is impossible to sleep with the windows open. Apart from that, the house is really very nice.

Location was good just the other side of the Seine , local shops friendly and not expensive. An amazing Moroccan restaurant three doors down . The host was really friendly and quick to respond when the toaster tripped the electrics . The flat is well labeled in both French and English so you easily know how everything works . Parking is a little creative if you want to park for free but payable outside the house . All in all we would stay again , Rouen was lovely !!!

Very good weekend spent at the Appart'Spa Rouen, thanks to a very responsive host. We were able to do everything we wanted on foot (rue du gros horloge 5 minutes' walk). And above all, we were able to enjoy the balneotherapy bathtub where we were able to relax. The apartment's hygiene was perfect (kitchen, bedroom, bathtub and bathroom).
