Apartment holiday rentals in Boiensdorf

We spent 5 days or 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The perfect apartment for 2 persons. Everything is very clean, right on the promenade and yet easily accessible by car and free parking right at the house. The highlight, however, is the fantastic view directly onto the sea. We can only agree with the many positive reviews - we will be happy to come back!

My girlfriend and I had a really relaxing stay. The apartment has a beautiful view (just as advertised in the pictures) and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Everything you need for a short trip is available. The location is quiet and you can enjoy the Baltic Sea flair. The only downside was the fact that we arrived quite late and almost could not get into the building where the apartment is, as it is already closed at 10 pm. Fortunately, someone else was there who had a key.

We were three (with a toddler) in the accommodation for a week and it was just great. A high chair, travel bed and a step (in the bathroom) were provided for our child, the communication was always very nice and it was answered quickly. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, beautifully and practically furnished, we felt right at home. After our day trips, this was the perfect apartment to relax. On site, the landlords gave us tips for activities and general information. There was also a great playground nearby, which is perfect for smaller children. Our son didn't want to leave at all :) We would come back anytime.

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

The stay with Caroline was great all around. I was traveling alone for a few days and her apartment was perfect for that. Super fast & very friendly communication! What impressed me was the value of the laundry package that Caroline has ready. Especially that the guests have different types of pillows to choose from, which is more than most hotels offer. So highly recommended. I'd love to come back.

Everything as described and really appreciated the use of the fenced in garden for our 2 dogs

If you are looking for peace, nature and coziness, this is the place to be. Elke and Arnold's accommodation contrasts with the otherwise somewhat anonymous manor house, which has been renovated and transformed into holiday apartments, which in turn belong to different owners. The apartment is extremely tastefully designed with old and new furniture and a lot of love for details. The kitchen is perfectly equipped... You can get started right away:)) The coast on this peninsula-like lead is still enchantingly wild and Wismar a wonderful city. Thanks also for the excursion tips, too. We felt very comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back.

We were looking for a large apartment (we needed seven beds) in the countryside and not far from the coast and found it here. We liked the accommodation very much, but we liked the beautiful garden and the direct surroundings better. My wife had to leave earlier, it should not go unmentioned that it is not even 3 minutes by car to the regional train station Hagebök! The contact with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and had a very nice time in Ilow and the surrounding area. Thank you :)

Really great, comfortable, modern and good quality equipment. Here it should be mentioned that there is a small but new dishwasher (you don't have that in all the accommodations either). The sofa bed is also really comfortable. The location is fantastically close to the water with a great view of the Baltic Sea. Everything available in the area (Rewe, bakery, restaurants, Baltic Sea spa) and really a great place. We had our bikes with us and were able to park them in the bike shed. The car parking space is also great. We would come back - maybe then into the apartment with sauna 😉

We had a wonderful four days in this enchanting apartment. Apart from the priceless view of the sea from the beach chair on the balcony, the apartment left nothing to be desired. Everything is furnished and coordinated with each other with a view to detail. A lot of effort was put into the furnishings. The apartment is modern and clean, with all the necessary technology you need. The little ones were also thought of. After watching the sunset in the beach chair, we made ourselves comfortable by the fireplace in the cozy leather armchairs. The advance communication was also great, we got a lot of tips about excursion destinations and restaurants before arrival. An all-round successful holiday. We will definitely be back!! The host was the absolute sweetest man that waited up for us even though our flight came in late. The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely beautiful!

We stayed in this magnificent apartment for 4 days and as described we had a view from the terrace over the fields to the promised sea view. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed great sunsets in the most amazing colors. The apartment is so well equipped with everything that infants are also welcome. (Crib, chair, potty, foot bench) We have very often rented an apartment for short breaks, but none corresponded to the photos and description of Martina's. Big compliment. We are happy to recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back ourselves.

My girlfriend and I were looking for accommodation for a perfect long weekend escape trip to the Baltic Sea and found it with Bernd and Cornelia. The accommodation is superbly located and within a 10-minute walk from the beach. The two were super warm and helpful and were always approachable. Bernd and Cornelia can tell great stories from the history of the place. The Internet is great for working and calls in the apartment and in the garden. The apartment is located in the basement (not noticeable from the climate in the apartment) and we also had the opportunity to use the beautiful garden in nice weather. The kitchen is also super equipped and we were able to cook ourselves in a really relaxed way. We had a very nice time and would love to come back! Thanks very much and see you soon. We felt at home. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, cozy, everything is great. It's great that you can park the bikes in a shed (with an electricity connection). We used this apartment as a starting point for bike tours. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

a great, cozy apartment, completely independent with super nice hosts, our bikes were allowed to enter the garage and no wishes remained unfulfilled. On the next Baltic Sea visit, we will certainly ask again!!!☺️

Our stay was really wonderful! The apartment has far exceeded our expectations – the pictures just don't do it justice. It is not only very nice, but also extremely luxuriously furnished. The location is excellent and could not be better. A note for future guests: There are 35 steps to the apartment and no elevator. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know if you're limited in your mobility. The communication could have been better, but this didn't affect the great stay. Our personal highlight was the huge jacuzzi and the incredibly comfortable beds – pure relaxation! We definitely recommend the apartment!

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils that you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice vacation. Everything in the apartment was as described. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet village, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or in the hot tub, which also works perfectly in winter. We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. We did nothing in the village itself, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather was not so good, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments in the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.
