It has a 40 sqm area on the ground floor of a block. It contains kitchen , bathroom, 2 bedrooms (with double beds). Nearby there are 24-hour supermarket, restaurants, terraces,playground for children. The fully equipped kitchen: cooking utensils, gas hob, fridge. The bathroom has a bathtub and cosmetics are provided free of charge.

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room with couch and big dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 open terraces, big garden with pool and barbecue, fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Morning coffee, tea and pastry included!

The cottage is designed to calm the mind and delight the soul, it has a generous yard that offers privacy. It is perfect for an escape from the city, as it offers an authentic experience of connecting with nature. At the property there is a female Labrador named Theea, very nice and calm, and a black boy cat named Bagheera. In the same large yard of 1500m2 there are two other houses, completely separate, I live in one of them. Hot tub spa is an extra service and is charged separately.
