Apartment holiday rentals in Bogor Regency

I recently stayed in this apartment room, and it turned out to be a convenient find. Its easy accesibility, cozy atmosphere, and close proximity to ICE BSD makes it a practical choice. Additionally, the host is very responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a straightforward and comfortable experience.

My stay was great, the place is clean and comfortable, and my host is warm and clear in communicating the directions. I really like how the room is efficiently arrange, and the facilities around the tower is also good; there is a 24hr minimarket nearby. Overall I had a really pleasant time during my stay.

Day one and day two were a bit hectic as we got an issue with run-out toilet tissue and electric power and trouble logged on to Netflix as well as poor WiFi connection. But Andre quick to response my text and tried to resolve the issues as soon as possible The unit is cozy and comfortable. The bed were perfect and comfortable. I loved the thick bulky and big sofa to chill out whilst lazy my self like veggie in the fridge. The med size American style fridge was very useful for my family who loves nibbling and snacking , we got it to preserve a lot of snacks and fruits and nibbles. The down side was the poor connection on and off WiFi. The owner should consider to change the provider or the package? Not sure but that is the major issue for my husband who worked remotely whilst staying in this property. But overall, the property was very satisfied us and Andre was a very accommodating host.

2nd time stayed at Andre's place. always a great pleasure since Andre is such a helpful host and the place is exactly as describe. would stay here again if i have a chance

Great choice if you are in the area and looking for a small yet functional spot to stay in, have a fairly complete amenities, ample array of spaces to stow away your stuff and one of few that have stable and fast enough internet connection (an important point for those that also need to do work while traveling). Sure will be one of my personal fave spot.

Kita booking unitnya termasuk mendadak sebenarnya, tapi host untungnya komunikatif & sangat fast respon jadi proses booking juga cepat ✨ Arahan check-in oleh Kak Susan juga lancar jaya tanpa hambatan. Arahannya jelas dan detail. Kita request untuk early check-in & late check-out juga diperbolehkan 🥺 Ada akses free ke kolam renang & gym di lantai 1. Ada juga minimarket, laundry & coffee shop persis dekat lobby. Butuh belanja snack/bahan masakan yang lebih lengkap? Ada Indomaret juga di tower yang berbeda. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap u/ masak-masak simple. Ada juga rice cooker mini, kompor listrik, teko listrik, microwave! Peralatan mandi juga disediakan handuk, sabun mandi & shampoo. Ada juga water heater, hairdryer & setrika. Tempat tidur nyaman+ada smart tv jadi bisa movie marathon seharian ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Kak Susan’s Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Perfect stay during business trip.. Starbucks, Subway, Mcdonald, Domino Pizza and Japanese restaurants are near here..

unit milik Elina sesuai gambar. luas, bersih, modern dan dekat dengan mal. sangat affordable untuk kondisi seperti itu. sayangnya tidak ada keset untuk kamar mandi. Dan instruksi untuk masuk ke unit kurang jelas, krn tdk diberitahu di awal harus parkir dekat towet mana. tapi sekali lagi, unit ini sangat besar dengan lingkungan yang privat dan fasilitasnya lengkap sekali. kalau ada kesempatan lagi, akan menyewa unit Elina lagi.

Farhan definitely a great host. He was very responsive since day 1 . You could ask Farhan for laundry service that could pick up your laundry on B1. Restaurants and cafes were in walking distance. Parking fees are quite expensive (max : 30 rb/night). The room was enough for 2 people (+1 toddler) . It was actually pretty clean, but I have a very bad allergic to dust (thought bcs the AC), but turns out bcs of the dust under the bed. The amenities are complete. Don’t forget to check on the sound of prepaid electricity meters , our electricity is off bcs I didn’t notice it, and makesure the token is enough for the weekend (because it can only be purchased on weekdays, on the 8th floor ) 😂

It's a convenient place to stay for business trips in Cikarang. More than expected, clean, everything is arranged nicely in a stylish & cozy interior, equipped with almost all the comforts of home, even though it is a studio apartment. The bed is super comfortable, I was able to sleep well & relax ... feel like home. Attentive & responsive host. Will stay in here again if I go to Cikarang!

we will DEFINITELY stay here again. it's the kind of accommodation you wish all your other ones could be like when you travel. location is right in front of AEON, so convenient for food and shopping. the home is new and absolutely and clean. it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. from a 2 nights' stay, we extended to 6! - cuz our kids refuse to stay anywhere else :)
