Sehr schönes Häuschen, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Wir waren in der nebensaison da, daher war es dort sehr ruhig, die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten teilweise schon geschlossen oder haben sehr früh zu gemacht. Wer auf Selbstversorger macht und Ruhe sucht, ist hier in der nebensaison perfekt

We had a fantastic stay! Kleio was incredibly kind and helpful—she went above and beyond by arranging transportation and offering excellent customer service throughout our visit. The apartment was quiet, clean, and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. It’s in a great location: just a two-minute walk to a convenience store, and about 15 minutes to the Acropolis, Parthenon, and plenty of restaurants. We had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

Ο κύριος Χρήστος είναι ένας φιλόξενος και ευγενέστατος οικοδεσπότης! Μας υποδέχτηκε παρόλο που φτάσαμε αργά! Μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για το μέρος και τη γύρω περιοχή καθώς και κάποιες προτάσεις για φαγητό! Το σπίτι είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες ευρύχωρο και άνετο. Στα συν ότι είναι σχεδόν δίπλα στο πάρκο των πυγων Κρυας και γενικά ότι χρειαστείς είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια άρα δε χρειάζεται το αυτοκίνητο παραμονο για εξόρμηση εκτός πόλης. Ιδιοτικο πάρκινγκ σε μια περιοχή που το παρκάρισμα είναι δύσκολο είναι στα θετικά επίσης. Παρέχεται καφές εσπρέσο σε κάψουλες καθώς και φρυγανιές με βούτυρο μαρμελάδα ή μέλι για ένα γρήγορο πρωινό. Το συστήνω αν θέλετε να επισκεφθείτε τη πόλη της Λιβαδειάς ή τις γύρω περιοχές.

Omdat ons verblijf de vorige keer (drie jaar geleden) erg goed was bevallen, keerden we terug naar Evia Fox House. Het was wederom fantastisch: een prachtige en smaakvolle villa, privé maar wel met uitzicht en met zwembad, en veel ruimte in en om het huis. De communicatie met Dimitra verliep vlot en heel prettig. We hadden hoge verwachtingen (na ons eerste bezoek) en die zijn wederom helemaal uitgekomen. De omgeving biedt allerlei bezienswaardigheden (kloosters, kerkjes, stranden, bergen, steden, opgravingen) maar we genoten er ook van om thuis te blijven in deze prachtige villa en tuin.

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, όμορφα διαμορφωμένο και σε μια πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία, ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το μόνο μικρό ζήτημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν με την περίφραξη του χώρου. Επειδή ταξιδεύαμε με τον σκύλο μας, θα ήταν πιο βολικό αν ήταν πιο ασφαλής, ώστε να μπορούμε να τον αφήσουμε ελεύθερο χωρίς ανησυχία. Ωστόσο, αυτό δεν επηρέασε τη συνολική μας εμπειρία, την οποία απολαύσαμε στο έπακρο. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans ce logement en juin 2025. Le logement est situé au premier étage d'un petit bâtiment bien entretenu qui est situé à l'extrémité de la plage. Le studio est très confortable (éclairage, literie, ...). La grande terrasse privative est aussi bien aménagée et on n'y souffre pas de la chaleur en raison d'une légère brise continue. Idéal pour voir le lever et le coucher du soleil face à la mer avec un café ou un verre de vin à la main. La cuisine est bien équipée pour les petits déjeuners et pour y préparer des plats froids. Nikiforos avait proposé de nous installer des plaques de cuisson électriques sur la terrasse, mais nous y avons finalement renoncé. Nikiforos nous a mis en contact avec un restaurant qui livre des plats préparés et il y a plusieurs commerces accessibles à pied (boulangeries, épiceries, restaurants au bord de l'eau, ...).. Nikiforos a mis des chaises longues de plage juste en face du studio. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

בית מושלם, יפיפיה, צמוד לים, למרות שבחוץ יש תנועה בפנים שקט מאוד, מוקף טברנות מסעדות ובתי קפה וחופי ים, מה צריך יותר מזה? התקשורת עם המארחות מעולה, ממליצות על כול מה שיש בסביבה. נשמח לשוב ולהתארח בנכס זה.

Third time staying here! They are consistently great! Very flexible when our ferry was delayed and helped us with easy check in. Great location and very well maintained apartment. Will definitely book again when I’m back in Athens.

This home was warm and welcoming. The host was kind and accommodating and helped with anything we needed. We loved the provided treats, including the delicious breads, cakes and sandwiches. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and the charming village Arachova.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Airbnb was great and high quality all around with plenty of amenities. Spiros was quick to respond to anything that came up.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Avra Apartment in Chalkida is a cozy and functional stay, located near some restaurants, a supermarket, and just a short 300m stroll to the lovely Paralia Kourenti beach. Being central, street parking can be a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot nearby. A good choice for a short stay close to the beach.

Fantastic host — so helpful and easy to communicate with. Welcomed us when we arrived which was a lovely touch & arranged transport for us. The apartment is beautiful — really cool stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Andrés. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und der Balkon ist herrvoragend! Sogar den Whirlpool konnten wir brauchen, obwohl die Temperaturen in Athen sehr warm waren. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und es hatte perfekt Platzt für zwei Personen. Was wir besonders toll fanden war, dass Andrés immer so schnell erreichbar war und er innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zurückgeschrieben hat. Dies war wirklich sehr hilfreich. Das Check-In war via Handy sehr einfach und funktionierte makellos. Wir können das Airbnb nur empfehlen und würden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Athen sicher wieder auf Andrés zurückgreiffen.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

This was such a great place to stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private! The views were breathtaking! WHAT a picturesque sunset going down in the mountains! The best! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Nikos for being an absolutely amazing host!

This apartment was amazing! The location was exceptional - dozens of restaurants and shops, all within a few hundred metres and walkable to all the major attractions. The apartment was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed and so many little extra touches - double glazing so it was quiet even when the streets were noisy, external shutters to block light, coffee pods etc. Kostis was so friendly and helpful and provided so many local recommendations. We ate and drank exclusively where he recommended and had amazing meal after amazing meal, met lovely locals, had the best time. The view was exceptional and sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine once the kids were asleep was just lovely. Thank you for an incredible stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we next return to Athens.
