Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Boeotia

We really enjoyed the house and the fantastic location and surroundings. With the beach on the doorstep and the enclosed garden our children could play wonderfully. The surroundings are beautiful with some restaurants nearby. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay! Kleio was incredibly kind and helpful—she went above and beyond by arranging transportation and offering excellent customer service throughout our visit. The apartment was quiet, clean, and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. It’s in a great location: just a two-minute walk to a convenience store, and about 15 minutes to the Acropolis, Parthenon, and plenty of restaurants. We had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

Mr. Christos is a hospitable and very kind host! He welcomed us even though we arrived late! He gave us information about the place and the surrounding area as well as some suggestions for food! The house is as shown in the photos, spacious and comfortable. In addition, it is almost next to the park of the Kria Boxing Club and generally everything you need is within a 5-minute walk, so you do not need a car except for an excursion out of town. Private parking in an area where parking is difficult is also a plus. Espresso coffee is provided in capsules as well as toast with butter, jam or honey for a quick breakfast. I recommend it if you want to visit the city of Livadia or the surrounding areas.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, beautifully set up and in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The host was helpful, always available for anything we needed. The only minor issue we encountered was with the fencing of the space. Because we were traveling with our dog it would have been more convenient if it was safer so we could let him go without worry. However, this did not affect our overall experience, which we enjoyed to the fullest. I'm sure we'll be back and highly recommend it!

Perfect house, beautiful, close to the sea, although outside there is traffic, inside it is very quiet, surrounded by taverns, restaurants, cafes, and beaches, what more do you need? Communication with the hosts is excellent, they recommend everything in the area. We'd love to stay at this property again.

This home was warm and welcoming. The host was kind and accommodating and helped with anything we needed. We loved the provided treats, including the delicious breads, cakes and sandwiches. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and the charming village Arachova.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Airbnb was great and high quality all around with plenty of amenities. Spiros was quick to respond to anything that came up.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Avra Apartment in Chalkida is a cozy and functional stay, located near some restaurants, a supermarket, and just a short 300m stroll to the lovely Paralia Kourenti beach. Being central, street parking can be a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot nearby. A good choice for a short stay close to the beach.

Fantastic host — so helpful and easy to communicate with. Welcomed us when we arrived which was a lovely touch & arranged transport for us. The apartment is beautiful — really cool stay. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed here for a couple of days while we were in Athens, it is such a beautiful little space. We hiked Mt. Olympus the day before we checked in and thoroughly enjoyed the Jacuzzi! We are on a long trip, and having access to a washer/dryer was very helpful. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable place with a great view of the Acropolis.

Everything is perfect, I highly recommend it

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

This was such a great place to stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private! The views were breathtaking! WHAT a picturesque sunset going down in the mountains! The best! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Nikos for being an absolutely amazing host!

This apartment was amazing! The location was exceptional - dozens of restaurants and shops, all within a few hundred metres and walkable to all the major attractions. The apartment was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed and so many little extra touches - double glazing so it was quiet even when the streets were noisy, external shutters to block light, coffee pods etc. Kostis was so friendly and helpful and provided so many local recommendations. We ate and drank exclusively where he recommended and had amazing meal after amazing meal, met lovely locals, had the best time. The view was exceptional and sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine once the kids were asleep was just lovely. Thank you for an incredible stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we next return to Athens.
